Excellent CRM solution which has all easy features and effective tracking capability. Integration of other various marketing tools is amazing and even the reports are easily made through the platform. This Microsoft platform scalability is nice the documentation options are also very useful and the platform page layout are the best and reliable lead management system.

The Microsoft Platform offers excellent easy features with effective CRM capabilities, and it allows easy receipts uploading and generation of productive marketing data insights is faster. The customer management functionalities are the best and excellent engagement capability and even on reports building through the software is very easy to all users.

It is the best to have for sales Marketing management. Sales in teams and task performance is enabled. Great in helping us search revenue potential stakeholders. Perfectly working with emails with better syncing. Creating a program for customer relationship and keeping customer interaction very well. Keeping better track on lead management.

The best B2B tool. For lead management and email marketing well enabled. Best working in corporate leads. It works well for many sales automation processes. Sometimes CRM systems aren't enough to house customer data. Between toggling through accounts and dashboards, it can be time-consuming to accurately view customer data. Well, this software does just this. It allows us to be efficient in viewing customer data, trends, and behavior. We can devote our time to other areas of business such as focusing on growing customer accounts and retaining them.

  • More integration opportunities with different platforms.
  • Better notifications if a customer is trending towards the [churning] phase of the customer journey.
  • Ability to export reports. (Not sure if we had this feature).
I think it's well suited to help employees be efficient and devote time to other areas of the business. Having a platform that is power-packed with so much customer data is so helpful as an account manager. It allows me to understand how to approach customers based on their partnership and engagement levels.

I believe this is the only product I have used in this category. I've used different CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce); however, none of these stack up against Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. Information in CRM is more informational than insightful and customer-driven. CRM [has] been used more to house client data and not in any reports that are beneficial.

Microsoft Dynamics helps the organization and the different temps [compile] all the data from [our] customers. Sometimes this data is difficult to share across the company with all the people interested. The tool organizes it and helps us [extract the most] relevant insights thanks to its dashboards. It would be very helpful for any team willing to have better knowledge of their customers.
