Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

Interfaces are better, faster in work and more secured. Cost of product is much better with Microsoft Dynamics 365. Moreover Microsoft Dynamics 365 works hard on its updates and tries its best from what I have seen to make a better available product for usage by companies and individuals every where.

We had other applications from Microsoft like ERP applications and we already used Outlook for a mail client. Today, given the choice and having a big amount of money to invest, they would probably choose Salesforce for CRM, having a better mobile app and better reporting for Management. I could imagine the development and customizations needed would be about the same between the two worlds.

Microfost Dynamics 365 is much easier and much less expensive than most of its competitors. It is a very light software and it has a big range of functions that will help any organization with their daily financial operations, marketing, sales, forecasting and so on. It is a great tool and it's easy to use.

I think that Microsoft Dynamics 365 (formerly Microsoft Dynamics CRM) has made its spot amongst the business world and again, provides your needs based upon what it is your looking for in a cloud-based ERP. We are currently still using the software and so far I can say that it has made running our business easy and seamless. I also want to add that now that we have used it for a period of time we are well rounded in training etc.

Microsoft Dynamics was part of a system overhaul for a local school, and we looked at many products. If we had used it for a company with low turnover, then it might have been more feasible. They needed something a new person could learn quickly, someone who might also be learning marketing terms at the same time - especially if there is nobody to train the individual now expected to know the system. Similar issues occurred with all of these programs (we called it being too big for their britches), and one of the bigger things we liked was that it is more compatible with MS Office products in both technical and visual appeal. If you have a steady employees who use a CRM consistently, low turnover, and those who are very familiar with Office products, Dynamics would be the smartest option for you. Unfortunately, this was just not true for the school environment.

Microsoft has much better tools and customer support. Everything I need to see is organized in a database and it's easy to get an overview of from the dashboard. Salesforce is just more clunky and I don't really like the way they organize their data. Also, it is not as user-friendly for updating.

Dynamics CRM for the win

We liked the fact that Dynamics CRM had out of box integrations with O365 applications like Outlook, Power BI, etc. They also are a little more flexible when it came to the implementation. They offered sales and service in a fully cloud based edition while other options in the 365 universe like Finance and Operations come with option on-premise versions. The move to the cloud appealed to us.As did their customer engagement plan tools for sales ans service.

While HubSpot CRM starts off as a free software, we went with Dynamics based on the additional features available at this time. MS Dynamics also works well with the other applications we already had in place. Besides that, they do both achieve a similar goal in the CRM field but Dynamics 365 allows us to bundle their ERP and CRM operations together in one product. MS Dynamics is also more customizable to our business needs.

Compared to other CRM tools, Microsoft Dynamics 365 stacks up well. In my opinion, it is right up there with SalesForce as far as overall ease of use, organization capabilities, and the ability to track opportunities. The only area I think it could really improve compared to competitors is in its mobile interface.

Salesforce does not have the amount of customization and API integration as Dynamics does. To get the same functionality as Dynamics, Salesforce can become more expensive.

Ultimately, D365 CE is more cost-effective for licensing and for data connections than Salesforce, more powerful than SugarCRM, and allows greater flexibility for customization. And continuing to tap into the Microsoft ecosystem keeps our lives a little simpler. Connections to other Microsoft software we already use like Outlook, SharePoint, PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, etc. helps our users and helps IT. And Microsoft continues to make huge investments in D365 CE, especially around XRM aka model-driven PowerApps, that it really is the hidden flagship behind the Microsoft Power Platform and the Common Data Service.

Our business switched from a year long Salesforce deployment to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online in order to bring the program/project's data and database management in-house, eliminating the need for a Salesforce implementation consultant and resulting in significant cost savings. The ease of use and native integration with our enterprise Office 365 also was a reason we selected and migrated to Dynamics 365.

The biggest comparison I see to Microsoft Dynamics 365 is Salesforce, which is a whole other giant in and of itself that offers unique benefits to its users. When you compare them, it's like apples and oranges. They are both supremely effective. Determining which your organization will take advantage of should be conditional to the organization's needs and desires. Complete a full business analysis before you decide. Understand the features and functionality of both. Consider long-term value, and not just the initial purchase price.

A combination of factors drove the choice to CRM system that included:
1. On-premise option
2. Security model
3. Customizability
4. Ability to integrate with existing systems
5. Supported by our current IT infrastructure
6. Supported by our back-office development team
7. Ease of transition from existing systems.
8. Future support for new initiatives

Dynamics 365 fits the requirement more closely than competitors.

Salesforce has more desirable functions than Microsoft Dynamics 365, at a competitive price. Its user interface is far more superior, it has more customization, easier customization, and out of the box it is more pleasing to the eye and to the end user. If the client doesn't have a deep-rooted connection with Microsoft I wouldn't leap to Dynamics 365.

I previously have used several systems that together did what Microsoft Dynamics does alone. At a previous company I used an applicant tracking system, HR management system, and we had digital files for each employee. At my current position, all these capabilities are available in one place, which is the most effective use of my time.
