As resellers of Microsoft Dynamics GP, we employ a well trained team who support our clients as well as our internal users. Our team includes former Microsoft support desk employees and former users of GP.

The key to support for GP is having a good third party Microsoft Certified firm. I do not deal with Microsoft support directly. I have a great third party firm that I use for my support needs which is fantastic. Without this thrid party not sure where I would be.
