Overall, Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving is the best tool from Microsoft. It's a reliable storage location and everything can be in one place. I like the automates the expanding archiving feature, increasing the size of the archive before users' mailboxes are full. Sometimes it works slowly so Microsoft needs to work on that.

I'd also recommend it for businesses that are on a strict budget, as prices are extremely affordable.

Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving is very user-friendly. Would say a one-stop solution for your email archives. The organization of your emails is soothing. Moreover, categorization with respect to priority can be done. The Integrated calendar is one thing that comes to my mind as well, which makes it multi-faceted. Data protection, security, and robustness are the key features.
The rollout in our organization was pretty smooth too, so no constant reminders. Sometimes I think it should be more compatible with other platforms as well. The basic format everywhere on all devices should be the next priority update.

Works well as a set and forget solution to arriving older mail. Can be used to allow users to tag individual folders which they want to archive mail from, or applied by admin to the entire mailbox. Archived mail is searchable within Outlook in a separate folder, or via Outlook online. Archived mail is not cached so requires an internet connection to access.

If your organization has an exchange online it's a very good option to use the online archive as it really makes life easier no more opening multiple pst to search for a single mail. Also, you can set a period for certain types of emails to be deleted after they expire.
