Microsoft has a variety of models and tiers available to choose from. Depending on the nature of your firm, you should seek the advice of a specialist. Also, if you're like most people and use Microsoft Office, ask about it. Having the ability to collaborate online while still saving your documents to SharePoint increases your overall productivity.

Native solution. No third-party integration is required. Rock-solid. Actually many features require no extra cost (unless you want to use In-Place Hold / Litigation Hold) If you use Microsoft 365's Exchange Plan, or other similar Microsoft 365 products, I don't see any reason why you should not use this.

It is only used for specific files that the company decides. I can not use it for other files. When the administrator deletes users from an Exchange Server, the corresponding files are also deleted. If deleted archive mailboxes need to be recovered, the Microsoft support team can perform this recovery (it is not easy to contact and the solution takes much time).

Overall, Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving is the best tool from Microsoft. It's a reliable storage location and everything can be in one place. I like the automates the expanding archiving feature, increasing the size of the archive before users' mailboxes are full. Sometimes it works slowly so Microsoft needs to work on that.

Archiving solution which offers the best Cloud solutions like easy data modeling and data extraction through its powerful features which are also very simple to learn. The security that the system offers through its data management environments is excellent and archiving functionalities are excellent and easy recovering of different lost data.

This platform is very well suited for departments with huge amounts of information that need some sort of archiving for compliance or future reference. More specifically, as in our case, Financial Departments can benefit greatly from the features that Microsoft Exchange Online Archiving provides. I'd also recommend it for businesses that are on a strict budget, as prices are extremely affordable.

Works well as a set and forget solution to arriving older mail. Can be used to allow users to tag individual folders which they want to archive mail from, or applied by admin to the entire mailbox. Archived mail is searchable within Outlook in a separate folder, or via Outlook online. Archived mail is not cached so requires an internet connection to access.

If your organization has an exchange online it's a very good option to use the online archive as it really makes life easier no more opening multiple pst to search for a single mail. Also, you can set a period for certain types of emails to be deleted after they expire.
