  • Although it lacks some of the best features of desktop version, the web version has helped us save time [help us share file online anytime, store files in cloud storage]
  • It has a free version [initial trial purpose], like you don't have to pay anything for up to 5 GB cloud storage per person, but for premium need to pay $6.7/month [approx.] with 1 TB storage
  • Features like create, reorder, edit slides, add animations, convert to desktop version, copy and paste text, font, paragraph formatting, background replace, spell checks are available for web version too.
  • Some features like replace [from the Find and Replace option], limited built-in themes, limited transitions, customizing slides are not there which is a disappointment

  • Using this collaborative version of Microsoft PowerPoint online has saved us a lot of aggravation and allowed us to more efficiently create necessary presentations for the company.
  • I would say that using it has reduced costs and increased efficiency simply due to the fact that we're saving time and maintaining our momentum.
  • One of the best features is that anyone on the team can go in and tweak the live presentation without having to create additional versions that then need to be circulated.

  • It has made it easier for the training to be well handled and transitioned to the work-at-home life faster.
  • a lot of people is used to the installed version of PowerPoint, the online version is a familiar look and feels to the times when we were working from the office, which made the transition faster and easier for everyone.
