I am the author of an Amazon best seller book about presentations. I have loved and hated Powerpoint during my long career as a professional trainer and presenter. However, I have to accept that it is still the best software for presentations. If you know more than the basic stuff, you can make amazing things with Powerpoint.

I have used PowerPoint presentation to make Pitch decks for clients because of the features that PowerPoint provide those are looks like a premium and I can choose between multiple templates that suits clients need and that could be presentable in front of Investors even the colors of font and styling make presentation more presentable and attractive both at the same time.

Overall it is good and very reliable product to use when you need to make presentation because it make presentation catchable and Presentable.

I currently use Microsoft Powerpoint when I am developing training modules for our company. Whether it is instructor led or web-based, the training is made much more user friendly for the instructors and interactive for the students. Plus it has the added bonus of being able to create images and animations that can be used with other software in a wide variety of applications - especially simulations.

My personal way of using Microsoft PowerPoint: To present digital documents. There are rich features within the software: I can choose between multiple templates to pick the one that suits the project that I’ll be presenting, I can go offline to keep working on my projects without having to find an internet hotspot, or I can simply take advantage of the various font colors in a well-done ergonomy which makes the navigation very fluid.

It’s time to upgrade the product so that it can catch the graphic designing trend. Canva, or Adobe Spark (to just name those) are already leading this particular market. Can you think about a scenario where PowerPoint can ally its presentation side with the possibility for designers to create and release their works out? Sometimes we face this problem in our company; because some of our clients are artists and they only can send us their work through Adobe or Canva. It’d be better to let them customize their arts through Microsoft PowerPoint too.

Overall, this is a good and reliable software to use, because not only does it has an uncatchable amount of features, it is most importantly secure. I’ve been using this product for years, both personally and in my professional career. I can confidently recommend it to anyone to buy it. You won’t find a product of this caliber when it comes to presenting. Whether you use it as an individual, a small business, or a big company; you’ll be pleased by it.

I created and maintain an hour-long presentation that we use for all new hires in our company. I personally onboard 35-50 new hires a year. I chose this platform because of its ease of use and ability to integrate several media applications for a full sensory experience. This includes high-resolution photos, videos, and audio clips.

I have used this as a learning tool in my previous job as a Registrar at Salem Health. The purpose was to inform myself and other employees of new healthcare regulation both federal and statewide. I have used this at least quarterly to go over proper PPE training and safety. In my current role I use PowerPoint to stay up-to-date on current laws and regulations that effect human resource professionals, employers, and employees.

The whole organization uses Microsoft Powerpoint for any presentations. It is already integrated with Teams, which we use for virtual collaboration. Powerpoint is used for any formal presentations to stakeholders, but also as high-level tool to communicate outlines of plans, data, etc.

We use Microsoft Powerpoint to put together presentations for product pitches. Convey information to employees and investors. Organize results and data. The business problems it addresses mainly stem from communication. It is a powerful communication platform to allow us to share ideas during meetings.

I have used it in the past for projects, such as projects during training. I have used it many times during training to create a slide presentation of information I wanted to share with my onboarding class. It makes it very convenient to present many slides of information to everyone via Zoom screen share.

We use Microsoft PowerPoint in our sales department to create demos or presentations to show prospects or display on a large screen during trade shows. Management uses Microsoft PowerPoint to create a slide show with instructions to introduce new programs or projects to employees. I have also used Microsoft PowerPoint to create a game to play with the employees during a motivational meeting. The business problem PowerPoint addresses is getting instructions out to either a prospect or employee in a consistent manner that can be referred to at any time. The use of visuals is very helpful as well.

Microsoft Powerpoint is one of the primary tools my current company uses. We use it when preparing presentations, reports, business proposals, the orientation of our newly hired employees and etc. All departments use Microsoft Powerpoint but it is mainly on preparing reports. One of the business problems Microsoft Powerpoint address is preparing presentations. When making presentations, Microsoft Powerpoint is the way to go since all the things and functions needed are in there already.

We use Microsoft PowerPoint to present data, ideas and information. These processes are used internally during company meetings as well as externally when presenting information to other companies. The business problems this program addresses are nearly endless. They range from being organized while presenting to having something an audience can grasp to when you are presenting.

I preach and teach with [Microsoft] PowerPoint 3 times a [day]. It is a good way of sharing information and displaying photos that describe what I am talking about in my sermons and lesson. I have set up templates in PowerPoint to make it easier to use. Each updates from Microsoft makes it easier to use. There is a wealth of phots and clipart available with PowerPoint that makes my task easier to use. I use PowerPoint each and every day in preparation for my sermons.

This software saves our lives daily at work. We use it throughout the company. To make presentations, it is one of the best, and certainly the best known. Very easy to use, with several options of themes, templates, integrated with Office 365, in addition to allowing shared use, with security levels, and in addition to being very fast.

Microsoft PowerPoint is being used across the whole organization, not only by the training teams but by the management of almost every unit. It allows us to communicate in clear, visual ways both internally to our own employees, and externally to clients. PowerPoint provides a simple and accessible program for every staff to use.

Microsoft PowerPoint is used to inform employees on how to use other software quickly and used as quick notes. The company also uses PowerPoint to address what types of materials that will be used in projects. Microsoft PowerPoint can show pictures as examples as an easy way for step-by-step ways to use other software used in the company.

Microsoft Powerpoint allows you [to] share and present information in a concise and easy to share format. The tool has several presentation features which allow the presenter to see notes and other items that those who are viewing the presentation do not see. It is a capable tool that does what it needs to do to allow for clear communication of information.
