  • We achieved a savings by no longer having to purchase desktop management software from 3rd party vendors.
  • We achieved a savings because of the time saved with tech's being able to re-image a machine to it's original configuration in minutes rather than hours of service time.
  • We are able to manage and view current configurations of desktops and laptops throughout the district from the SCCM management console.

  • Positive in all aspects, just make sure you buy it with the software assurance, that way Microsoft allows you to download and install the latest version of the product at all times.
  • It is not negative, but you get what you pay for.

  • We have been able to automate our patch management, firmware and other security concerns.
  • We have a standardized "image" ensuring our setup is consistent across the enterprise. This alone has saved us in time to support and time to understand how to use our desktops.

  • Standardization and Support - because everything is standarized and manage from one console, your IT team can concentrate on other things.
  • Time - from user perspective, saves time to request and get vm. From engineer perspective, they don't need to waste time on building and customizing vms.
  • Saving time saves a lot of $$$ for the company.
  • Easy software deployment to the desktops and inventory.
