What is Microsoft Teams?

Microsoft Teams combines video conferencing software with team collaboration tools. The communications platform allows MS Office users to conduct conference calls and share files via SharePoint, and join or initiate a group chat.

Microsoft Teams features three tiers of pricing. The first is a subscription-less, free option that offers the same features as the other two tiers but does not offer administration tools like analytics and access to on-premise servers, or support features like 24/7 phone and web support. The second and third tiers are based on the size of your business and its conferencing needs. Its “Office 365 Business Premium” option starts at $12.50 a month per user, with a required annual commitment, and its “Office 365 E3” option for enterprises starts at $20 a month per user, also with a required annual commitment.

Key Features
Meetings: Meet with teams of 10 or 10,000. Host audio, video, and web conferences with anyone inside or outside your organization or go big with live events.

Calling: Its Phone System feature enables PBX capabilities including call control in Office 365 and replaces on-premises PBX. Its calling features are customizable to fit your organization’s unique needs.

Microsoft Teams has been quite beneficial, and my entire business greatly appreciates it. It has improved work a lot simpler, efficient, and efficient, with features such as meeting booking, file transfer, networking, and collaboration. It also helps a great deal that it works nicely with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, and all other Microsoft software in the company.

Microsoft Teams gives highlights in abundance, incorporating a tight network with other Microsoft applications. It's a decent group informing and video calling application assuming your association is a Microsoft shop.

Microsoft Teams has been very helpful and is definitely something that my whole organization appreciates. From scheduling meetings, file sharing, communication, collaboration, and a lot more, it has made work a lot easier, efficient, and productive. It also helps a lot that it integrates well with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft SharePoint, and all other Microsoft apps being used in the organization.

We faced some bad audio and video quality in the past, it was difficult to prove to Microsoft that the issue is on their side and not on ours. At then the issue was indeed on Microsoft's side and they fixed it.

Microsoft Teams is a great software for communication and collaboration. This has many features to make work effective in an organization. This platform really helped us keep things organized and get in touch with co-workers in a quick and timely manner. I would recommend Microsoft Teams to anyone in the future.

The overall support provided by Microsoft for Microsoft Teams has been quite good but there is still some room for improvements. Microsoft needs to proactively work on fixing the open bugs in order to provide a seamless experience to the users. But over the service and experience provided by the Microsoft team have been quite satisfactory.

Using Microsoft Teams has resulted in much faster business communications with both co-workers and consultants. There has been little need for support with this software as the interface is very intuitive and the product is overall very well designed. We did encounter an issue with the built-in phone service, however, this was quickly resolved by the support team.

I can't speak for end-user support from Microsoft, but my help desk has been able to address issues quickly and I believe the support level we have from Microsoft is very good. If things get really wonky, there is usually an update that requires a restart. In the last 18 months I've had only a few incidents and in the worst case I couldn't connect to a meeting and a simple restart of the app or a restart of the laptop addressed it immediately.

Helpful prompt and positive response from the team. Super helpful prompt reply. Smart and knowledgeable customer service representative with state of art facilities. Super pumped up at the front desk and ask for great responses. Very satisfied with the same response received and proud to work on it again and again.

The support is always great but takes time. Also, when they're a problem with the tools, you will have to go to Twitter or somewhere else to get information. Also, it's not like you need tons of support; the tools don't have many functions. The ones that the tools have are pretty simple.

Microsoft Teams has been instrumental in working remotely and the ability to keep up with tasks and communicating with work colleagues on an off-site basis. Microsoft Teams is the go-to for virtual meetings and interaction with work products through the Microsoft Teams portal.

It does get new features from time to time, but mainly because they have been incredibly responsive during the pandemic. I can still remember that I used the software at [university] before the pandemic struck and we didn't notice many obstructions when we suddenly had to do everything through Microsoft Teams.

I think Microsoft Team is overall good application for communication, track Project work inter the teams and also intra teams.
I have 7 out of 10 because it needs improvements in certain features like video sharing call, call drop, audio quality and connecting problems even after having good internet connection.

I honestly have not used the support function for Teams much at all. The one issue I've had is when our organization implemented Duo two-factor authentication. When I tried to load Microsoft Teams, it would repeatedly send me Duo push notifications and never actually log me in. So I was forced to use the Teams web app instead of the desktop application. Our IT support team helped me with this issue but it required completely resetting my Teams account, and then the issue came back after a while. So I was not satisfied with the result. I don't know if the issue has more to do with Duo, or Teams, or our IT department's attempt at integrating the two through Active Directory, but either way it left a bad taste in my mouth.
