Tackle the rising threat of spam!
- Reduces number of phishing threats
- Hard block for anything over certain spam threshold
- Customisable to suit a business need
- Reasonably priced solution, even for a small business like ours.
- It's hard to put a figure on our ROI - I would just say we feel like we've gotten our money's worth with the advanced email protection we receive. We have definitely avoided many potentially dangerous emails since we've implemented this solution.

An Invisible, Powerful, Magnetic Net that Catches Everything!
- The number of phishing attacks on users has drastically decreased.
- The number of links being opened by users has decreased due to less of the infected and nefarious links being allowed through the gateway.
- Virus infections have decreased due to incoming emails being cleaned, or rejected before they reach the company network.
- Mail delivery time has increased slightly due to the extra hurdle that each incoming mail has to clear.

- It greatly reduces the amount of email we have to store on our systems and archive and the user time necessary to deal with garbage. Spam is rejected.
- Allows users to individually tailor most aspects of who they want white and blacklisted.
- Almost completely eliminates threats arriving by email in the form of malware, which is vital for reducing security problems.
- Requires no onsite hardware for implementation, thus does not require all the supporting costs and technical expertise.
- Mimecast gives me peace of mind that malicious emails are not making it to my end users, I can focus on other network issues.
- Mimecast email archiving has allowed us to delete email from the users' Outlook, thereby freeing up space while knowing every email ever sent or received is available in the archive and available to be restored to the users' Outlook if needed.

Mimecast - End User's Dream for Spam and Malware
- The thousands of spam or malicious emails a day it catches, deletes or rejects for us has saved us a lot of inbox time over our previous two vendors. That ROI alone has made the software worth it.
- The fact that it can double as our Business Continuity plan for email communications is also added value to the product for us.

Excellent security for a reasonable price
- Positive - It's hard to put a dollar amount on prevention, but we have been saved many times by the email and URL security filter. Users have clicked on links which were blocked by Mimecast. We have avoided costly ransomware and virus situations many times because of this.
- Cost savings - Mimecast has worked with us to set reasonable prices, especially because we are a non-profit. At the time of purchase they were significantly cheaper than their closest competitor (Proofpoint).
- Subscription cost. This is a subscription product so overall it can be more expensive than an on-premise solution. However we feel that the cost was well worth the security benefits.

- Their email filtering is fantastic, the number of false positives are very low and our employees are safe.
- Their service has cost us much more in time and money then it has been worth.

Solid cloud based email perimeter software
- Definitely positive as it will get at least 80-85% of the crap that doesn't even need to make it to your on-premise (or hosted) email server. That's a lot of storage that you don't have to allocate or pay for.
