We've put lots and lots of content into the MindTouch system, of course, so that makes it harder to opt out, but we're also very pleased with their rate of development and weekly pushing of improvements, as well as their response and solutions to our questions and input All in all, a winning combination.

Likelihood to Renew

Beyond the fact that we have created the necessary integration the MindTouch product simply performs and I could not think of any reason to try and change. Once we deploy to all of our public facing domains the full value expectations will be surpassed significantly.

Overall, we are extremely happy with the product and customer support. Beyond that, we've invested a lot of time and money into our site, and to move to a different platform wouldn't make sense for us.
