Do not implement this program if you think it can be bridged to other existing programs. It won't be. They started out as partners - never developed the interface. Then they abandoned the project and created their own. Left us high and dry without a solution. We can't afford to change.

We're a small non-profit (11-50). We're used to change. We had two strong controllers that presided over the early years of implementation which helped immensely.

Staff has to buy into any change. That is always hard and as we lost staff their replacements have been
more receptive to change.

Change management was a major issue with the implementation
Users were scared at change from QB which had been in place for years. Careful explanation of changes, getting user buy-in, demonstration of improved management and board reporting were crucial, as was continual positive reinforcement during implementation and training.
