Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We relied on our own system of document organization, but as the company has grown, it has become more difficult to manage. Web QMS Software by Mireaux was implemented to help us organize our quality and environmental management system documents. It provides tracking of equipment maintenance and calibrations and controls access and approvals according to our procedures.
Pros and Cons
  • Flexible--it can be adjusted to fit the way we do things
  • Support--we are a small company and Mireaux has been very helpful getting us started
  • Comprehensive--it covers all aspects of common management system standards
  • The delay and refresh screen after entering certain information
