The API integrations in Missive have further enhanced productivity by making automation easier. Customers are amazed by the product, stating that they can't imagine using another email client. By providing features such as assigning emails, snoozing them for later, adding follow-up reminders, and combining multiple emails into conversations, Missive helps users keep track of important emails and create a focused inbox. This proves particularly useful for quick and easy collaboration on customer service inquiries, exception requests, and dealing with complex situations.

Switching to Missive has resulted in significant time savings and improved email organization for companies. Staff members are able to read only relevant shared emails, improving efficiency and reducing response time. Missive outperforms other products when it comes to implementing shared inboxes for customer service, leading to increased efficiency and improved customer experience. The software fills the gaps of traditional email programs by centralizing communication, providing context, and combining chat and email into one intuitive space. It addresses pain points such as missing conversations, double-handling, scaling email conversations while offering an easy entry point for new staff. Missive’s ability to simplify the management of multiple email addresses makes it an ideal choice for sales teams aiming for a smoother workflow and increased productivity.

Customers highly praise Missive's excellent user interface, advanced email features that enhance team collaboration, outstanding support team, constant updates, and fantastic service capabilities. The ability to have private team chats within email threads fits perfectly with shared team inboxes tied to individual accounts linked to the primary inbox. Missive also improves team communication by allowing easy assignment and tracking of issues while enhancing idea sharing and collaboration. Users particularly appreciate the Slack-like features, such as conversations, snoozing threads, scheduling emails, and using templates, making email management easier than ever before. Missive ensures proper syncing and collaboration in shared inboxes, eliminating issues found in other email clients and providing a centralized platform for easy team collaboration.

Integration Limitations: While Missive offers a variety of integrations, some users have mentioned that they would like to see more canned integrations and native interactivity with specific platforms like HubSpot and ClickUp. Some users have also mentioned that integrating other platforms with Missive sometimes causes troubles when one platform upgrades and the functionality between the two stops. - 2 reviewers

Collab, collab, collab. It is fantastic for small teams to align and be productive towards same goals. It has boosted how we communicate and how quickly our ideas evolve. I could not go back to using a certain Office product from my past.
  • Collaborative emails/drafts.
  • Media sharing is streamlined.
  • Highly flexible to external software/services.
  • Search functionality needs some work.
It fills the gap between large commercial softwares for large companies, and for small companies. Most email hosts are just basic until you start bringing in video calls, chat, etc. Missive has that and more, and I think is the #1 email choice for small companies.

  • Overall efficiency in our communication has probably tripled. We can draw a collaborative conclusion, in-office or remote, desktop or remote, within minutes assuming we are all available.
  • We realize we are still "under-utilizing" this app. It can be a powerhouse if mastered.
I can only compare to free services or to Outlook. I cannot go back to Outlook... Truly. Outlook hits all the right marks for a business, and Missive exceeds those marks and sets new standards. I joined a company that had already chosen Missive. I not only was able to pick it up intuitively, but I felt proficient at it within a couple of weeks and already felt my workflow and communication skyrocket.
