Everyone in the company uses it. Our school teachers, tech helpdesk, not, HR etc. It is essential to our daily tasks, especially for the service reps that deal with patients, schools, teachers and doctors every day. It'd easy to setup either the physical phone or computer client for everyone's needs

For people who work in different departments, it's great to have it set up for certain queues, certain calls go to certain dept. It is very well versed to set up how you want. You. An use a physical phone or a donelpadable version you use on the computer with a headset.

The micollab just overall fits better with our company and users. It's easier for people to use if they have never used it and easier to train in a mass group setting than the other series. Documentation and training videos are easily retainable from the micollab website, accessible at any time.
