No customer support - at all. Badly documented and poor export API.

- It has improved ROI in turns of customer support. It minimizes back and forth between support rep and user because support team can look up everything about a user right away, instead of asking for further info.
- It’s helped the team understand our users better, causing us to make app changes that improve user retention.

- We're now just getting started with more targeted messaging that allows us to reach customers at inflection points. For example, Mixpanel allows you to target users that are having issues moving through a funnel.

- Has enabled product teams to quickly identify breakages or unsuccessful features and take immediate action, this stopping any potential losses.
- Lack of clarity in the nuance of how the reports work coupled with a seemingly easy to use interface has resulted in some incorrect conclusions and thus decisions that have negative ROI.
- The cost of the product exceeds the value that it provides overall.

- Mixpanel has helped our product teams understand what they should improve / tweak in our product. Numbers don't lie so when usage is below expectations, it drives them to action!
- Able to see usage of various application pages, allowing us to see what areas are used the heaviest and thus are important to spend resources on, as well as what pages are rarely used and perhaps need to be improved.
- Easy to build reports, automating some previously manual processes and thus saving time.
- In addition to just usage and traffic volume, the visualizations on filtered and segmented data allows us to understand HOW our application is being used, helping to drive product road map. Very useful way to get key insights on your application.
