I use monday marketer to manage multiple projects with different deadlines. I love how easy it is to use and customize. One drawback is that their customer support does not provide any support. In other words, once you are a paying customer you will need to figure things out on your own.

We use monday marketer for a social media project management tool, as well as a PM tool for other departments so we can all work together cohesively. The business problem monday marketer addresses for us is that everyone can be on the same page regardless if they're in the HQ or not. Production can see Marketing's files to find when certain plates need to be in production by. Social media teams all interact to collaborate and see that our marketing goals are inline.

I do think monday marketer is great for Marketing here at ICON Meals. One aspect that would put it in-line with competitors would be by adding an AI features. I use Monday Marketer daily to keep track of my daily tasks and long-term projects. The product allows me to keep track of things, automate tasks, and share information easily across the company. It is regularly used to streamline processes and make sure that every little detail is completed in a project.

  • Automated subitem creation should have the ability to add a comment to that automated subitem. I could use that to put instructions to my team on how to do tasks in the subitems.

This tool is very well suited for people doing any kind of project management. It is also great for business owners to create dashboards and see the progress towards their goals.

We use monday marketer to manage the project traffic in the design department. The main handicap is that some of the benefits of the platform are only available in the Enterprise version and it's not feasible for a small design team, despite the company having many users.

We use Monday.com for project management, both with internal and external stakeholders. We use the Gantt chart to keep a close eye on deadlines and for larger projects, we are also adding a column for the cost to align with the budget. I also use it for smaller daily tasks, like a to-do list.

I am keeping track of our own and our team's daily tasks and projects, social media management, and budget tracking. Day to day to-do-lists for me and the team where we can check status and mark when done I can comment on the team's to-do's if I can see that it is incomplete. Instead of a call or an email, we try to keep most communication on monday.com in order to have a good overview of all our tasks. It also acts as a backlog then social media management - objective, KPI, budget, creatives and copy all added to monday.com columns. As well as the posting date.

monday marketer helps us establish a link between our top campaign initiatives, content, goals, and various tasks that help get us across the finish line. Using this tool has streamlined our ability to manage important items with the help of automation, people assignment, and of course - it helps that the tool is so intuitive. Anybody can get to know the tool really quickly, which is great for onboarding new team members.
  • Automatic reminders when due dates approach for the assigned individuals or groups.
  • Mirrored columns help us share information that should be visible on multiple boards and used for different parts of the content, campaign, or promotion process.
  • Automation and integrations with other apps, like Zapier, help us bring more of our Mar-Tech stack into the mix, which makes the tool even easier to use. We can easily sync information between Salesforce campaigns and monday marketer, for example.
  • Navigation feels a little too segmented. Workspaces provide isolation that is sometimes necessary, but in some respects, it feels too isolated and not super easy to navigate between workspaces. There is a dropdown to switch workspaces, but there used to be icons in the sidebar, which made it a simple one-click maneuver.
  • More flexibility with form options would be nice. For example, certain columns are still not supported, which requires us to implement workarounds. I'd like to see support for People columns and Mirrored columns so that during form submission, people can make these selections.
  • Notifications generally seem excessive, so I have them routed (with Rules) to a particular folder. Being able to have more control over what types of notifications other team members or I receive would be ideal and make notifications much more useful.
monday marketer is a great tool for managing everything from the idea stage, to the production of content, to organizing goals and campaigns, all the way to collaborating and sharing with stakeholders and leadership. We used to work on multiple tabs in a worksheet, and monday.com changed the game. We're more organized than ever, and we can easily share what works/what doesn't with other team members around the globe!

monday marketer is now an essential part of my professional life, it's a wonderful tool to track all of your projects/assignments at once. Earlier we have dependencies on multiple excel files to keep tracking of current projects or assignments, but monday marketer solved all our problems at once, now I can have a complete 360-degree view of any projects, that are aligned with the project, the current status of the project, what is done and what is left, different boards for the different project all at same place helps me a lot, User-friendly UI helps you to organize your projects and assignments. personally, I love the automation and notification alerts for any changes or status updates for the items.
  • One can easily create a Project work breakdown structure that helps us to understand the current status of the project.
  • Easily assigning users, customization is par excellence, and different types of data attachments are the coolest feature.
  • Automation, forms, and customized notifications are wonderful features that make our work easy.
  • If we can have in-built formulas for calculation, and create macros types of features in monday marketer then it will be more helpful to us.
  • monday marketer forms should have more room for creativity, would love it if their developers add some cool features in their forms feature.
  • Mobile app somewhere lags and doesn't refresh itself.
I think monday marketer is well suited to every organization, as it helps to track the current status of work/assignments, and helps lower down the chain of email communications for work status notifications, less use of Excel and other tools as we get all WBS like features at one place. monday marketer isn't suitable for you if you want to transfer your Excel project data which uses macros or complex formulas for any data items/columns.

We use monday marketer as a way to organize our workflow and task management. monday is great for creating different workspaces for each website we work on, and separate boards within each workspace to organize all of our content by subject. This way we can see where we are at on each site and who is working on what with just a few clicks.

For marketing and for remote workers this is a great way to stay on track, and track employees' work status and workload. I am not sure of other departments such as financing or more analytical areas but for marketing it is perfect.

Monday.com allows our team to be efficient and communicate effectively as a team. We use Monday.com to list our current and future ongoing projects. We keep track of our tasks with the sub-items feature and assign tasks to each team member with due dates to stay on track. Monday.com has really changed the way our team functions for the better! The calendar feature allows us to focus in on each week's tasks, and with the notifications option, we never forget to do our part. The automation feature in Monday.com is extremely useful, it eliminates the need to manually create recurring tasks. Monday.com is a true help for teams of all sizes. I even use Monday.com for a personal organization to keep track of college coursework and other tasks in my day-to-day life. Thank you Monday.com for creating this amazing product!

I use Monday marketers to plan various marketing content such as social media posts and also to organize our list of influencers. I find the platform extremely useful in all aspects of content planning, the different tables allow you to add any relevant information such as date, copy, images, platform type, etc. It also allows other members of the organization to review the content and update the status.

We use a Monday marketer to stay organized with all of our projects. We get a lot of requests and projects from different avenues within the company and receive them through email or word of mouth. Monday marketer allows us to take all of these projects and organize them in terms of priority as well as keep track of those projects that are completed or not.

It allows us to work as a team more efficiently. We use to have a lot of different platforms to manage everything (social media, emailing..), and multiple people working on it was a bit difficult sometimes. Now it's a lot easier to oversee everything, organize our campaigns in advance, and anticipate our needs.

When you have many events and want to do many things related to them, you can see everything easily. Monday is a good tool to organize the daily projects of all the brands we have to work on every day. For us as a creative agency, the pipeline is more clear between account managers, community managers, and the creative team (leads, graphic designers, animators, post-producers) and has control of status in the complete process until the publication.

Monday works great for time tracking which is our number one use. It allows us to break tasks up and assign different employees to each person. It allows us to keep a detailed task list for our projects and manage what stage we are on in each project as well. Adding multiple due dates to each task helps us to hit points where we have multiple drafts before the final due date. We use two-week periods before starting a new table and are able to delete tasks that are no longer relevant, but it saves all of our old tables so we can check back at our hourly work per project or in total. It helps us to know how much time we spend on each project and how to best and most accurately charge clients for our work.

At our organization, we do a lot of programming with our students. To keep projects moving along as well as keep everyone abreast of what's happening, we use Monday. I also use Monday in my coaching business to maintain records of my client's progress. Nonprofits typically have employees who wear multiple hats. Monday is a necessary tool that allows us to collaborate on projects, so no one feels like their on an island by themselves.

monday marketer has been implemented across the Marketing and Design departments within our business. It enables the teams, whether office-based or working remotely to clearly brief, monitor workflows, and manage deadlines and design delivery across multiple projects. All users are encouraged to engage offering input on designs at all levels.

  • Uploading files is hidden at the bottom so on longer jobs with multiple additions this function often drops off-screen

As with all businesses ours has its own particular niches. monday marketer has excellent customization features enabling us to tweak it for our business. New starters can often feel overwhelmed. monday marketer is a great resource to help them get to grips with our ongoing workflows whilst also having eyes on previous design jobs and acts as a record for the often complicated process from brief to final delivery.

As the project manager for the organization, I am the primary user of monday marketer and use it to keep track of numerous ongoing projects, from multiple clients across several different forms of media. monday marketer has been a gamechanger ensuring we do not miss details and all relevant information and files can be found in one place.

For our marketing agency, it has been the perfect solution to keep everything we need, for every project, for every client, in one place. So much of my workload as a project manager can be automated, making sure key personnel know when they have the greenlight to start their phase of an assignment, freeing me up to work on bigger picture tasks for our clients.

We use Monday Marketer on Monday.com to manage tasks and projects and outwardly manage critical stakeholders. Our issue was that we became a remote team during the pandemic, and other hires have also been remote. We also work with several freelancers and agencies with capacity restraints, so keeping projects on track was brutal. Through monday.com, we now essentially work as a large team, able to pass tasks and information seamlessly. We also use it to create a content calendar and overlay all activities on a single calendar view for stakeholder management. It is now a core piece of our team's tech stack.

Monday marketer is the platform where we track, organize, and implement all company activities. We manage all contacts, the meeting agenda, customers and suppliers pipelines, investors relationship, and more.
  • Build customized processes for any task, favouring creativity.

  • Compile and organize documents easily and recall them when needed.
  • Integrate with common external software for greater automation (like Outlook or Gmail)
  • Sometimes the integration stops working without apparent reason. Namely, the reliability of Outlook email integration could be improved.
  • I dislike the fact that docs generated in the files' column are not available elsewhere, and as such cannot be recalled via connected or mirror columns.
  • The absence of a built-in tool to import automatically LinkedIn profiles into the contact details.
  • One annoying thing is that the Search Everything bar doesn't actually search within docs, limiting quite a bit.
I always recommend Monday marketer to my peers because it really allowed us to have everything we need to run our business in one single place. For example, the ability to integrate it with cloud storage helps to work together on any document.

At York St John we use Monday.com in a variety of ways. It works perfectly with our design sprints, managing specific tasks and scheduling, creating useful forms that can be sent to our users, and allowing requests to be automatically sent and assigned to the right staff member. We use Monday marketers to also collaborate with our Marketing Team on big campaigns and content audits. What really helps you get the most out of Monday marketers is the automation settings that you can apply and customize to fit your needs. This ranges from emails to notifications when a request has come into items moving around the board when specific actions or events have taken place. I would gladly recommend that any business especially one that is taking an agile approach, consider trying Monday.com.

Since starting at York St John University I have found Monday.com to be the best work management system I've used because it is simple, well designed, and has a lot of great integration.
