I do think monday marketer is great for Marketing here at ICON Meals. One aspect that would put it in-line with competitors would be by adding an AI features. These features allow for thoughtless creation and time saving value. I do like the ability to change up and switch different columns on groups.

I am keeping track of our own and our team's daily tasks and projects, social media management, and budget tracking. Day to day to-do-lists for me and the team where we can check status and mark when done I can comment on the team's to-do's if I can see that it is incomplete. Instead of a call or an email, we try to keep most communication on monday.com in order to have a good overview of all our tasks. It also acts as a backlog then social media management - objective, KPI, budget, creatives and copy all added to monday.com columns. As well as the posting date.

monday marketer is a great tool for managing everything from the idea stage, to the production of content, to organizing goals and campaigns, all the way to collaborating and sharing with stakeholders and leadership. We used to work on multiple tabs in a worksheet, and monday.com changed the game. We're more organized than ever, and we can easily share what works/what doesn't with other team members around the globe!

I think monday marketer is well suited to every organization, as it helps to track the current status of work/assignments, and helps lower down the chain of email communications for work status notifications, less use of Excel and other tools as we get all WBS like features at one place. monday marketer isn't suitable for you if you want to transfer your Excel project data which uses macros or complex formulas for any data items/columns.

Great for PM, managing marketing and team comms and tasking.

For software integrations it needs a LOT more work for Atlassian and Jira though - especially for custom data fields in Jira.

Would also like to see better things re alerts being channeled to Gmail and desktop for integrated apps like Gmail and Jira.

monday marketer is great for a marketing team who works on multiple websites or builds out multiple areas of content. It works well for organizing different topics and is very easy to assign tasks to employees. monday marketer also allows you to see where each task is at in the workflow process making it easy to ensure deadlines are met.

For marketing and for remote workers this is a great way to stay on track, and track employees' work status and workload. I am not sure of other departments such as financing or more analytical areas but for marketing it is perfect.

Monday.com has really helped our team with organization and meeting deadlines. It eliminates the need to remember everything at once, as it provides a great way to set up your boards. For us, it is less appropriate for email content building. However, we do use Monday.com to keep track of email schedules and any notes about our daily email send.

Monday marketer is great for planning social media content if this is done on a post type basis. It would not be useful for planning content based on feed looks. I also find it works great for organising influencers as we can add all information we need including agreement documents and contact details.

When you have many events and want to do many things related to them, you can see everything easily. For example, you'll see if different social media campaigns collide or if you have two emails in a short period of time. You'll be able to organize every actions to maximize the benefices in the end.

It is appropriate in scenarios in which there are a large number of tasks with many people involved, allowing order in the progress of each one and the responsibilities of each member. Better integration with Gmail would be nice to automate the process of sending information without just forwarding updates to emails.

Great for those that need to organize tasks and time tracking especially with multiple employees needing to work on different projects. Best for management of a team. I have enjoyed using monday for our marketing needs. It is easy to use and very user-friendly. They offer a variety of layouts and options for automatic item scheduling along with filters so you can customize the view for each board. I love how easy it is to see your work, and notifications, and for other team members to collaborate on any project or calendar.

After the pandemic (if we assume the pandemic is over), many companies, including our own, moved to hybrid working. Monday helps everyone stay in touch and on the same page without physically being together. I can't think of an organization that can't benefit from Monday. Every company can improve systems and processes, and Monday is GREAT at helping to improve or create systems and processes.

As with all businesses ours has its own particular niches. monday marketer has excellent customization features enabling us to tweak it for our business. New starters can often feel overwhelmed. monday marketer is a great resource to help them get to grips with our ongoing workflows whilst also having eyes on previous design jobs and acts as a record for the often complicated process from brief to final delivery.

For our marketing agency, it has been the perfect solution to keep everything we need, for every project, for every client, in one place. As the project manager, I easily can get an overall picture of our workload and upcoming deadlines. As an individual assignee, it is easy for me to see what tasks I need to tackle, and in what order, for the day. The automation features are a gamechanger. So much of my workload as a project manager can be automated, making sure key personnel know when they have the greenlight to start their phase of an assignment, freeing me up to work on bigger picture tasks for our clients.

We've recently embarked on an external project with a team that provides thought leadership attendees. As such, we run monday.com as a mini CRM with limited information shared with our external team. They can then be self-sufficient in targeting and nurturing the right people/organizations and receive live feedback instead of weekly/bi-weekly report.

Since starting at York St John University I have found Monday.com to be the best work management system I've used because it is simple, well designed, and has a lot of great integration. Monday marketer excels at collaboration, scheduling and overall just reducing the time you would spend doing simple tasks by margins.
