We're using monday sales CRM to really smooth out our sales game and make sure we're staying on top of our client relationships. It's a game-changer for tackling stuff like keeping tabs on leads, seeing where they stand in our sales pipeline, and making sure our team's always in sync. What's cool is how we can tweak it to fit exactly what we need, making everything from chasing leads to forecasting sales way more efficient. Essentially, it's our go-to for making sure no opportunity gets missed and every client chat counts.
  • Customization
  • Easy to use interface/dashboard
  • Visual Sales Pipeline
  • Predicting sales, and analyzing how we're doing
  • Adding notes/updates to leads
  • Better calendar options/features
  • Mobile Experience
  • Advanced Reporting and Analytics
monday shines in small to medium-sized businesses where visual sales pipeline management and collaboration among sales teams are key. It's ideal for companies seeking a customizable CRM that's easy to adapt to their sales processes. However, for larger enterprises with complex sales cycles or those requiring deep, industry-specific CRM functionalities, it might be less appropriate

We use it to create and fill the important data we look for in client prospects, group the prospects. To then create email templates that build a workflow that allows us to then automate and facilitate the process of contacting, following up, reviewing, measuring statistics and data to evaluate are sales and CRM progress as an organization.
  • automate
  • organize
  • process establishment
  • measuring
  • pre defined templates
  • pre defined automations
  • more advance workflows
I think in general it is well suited, I am not a CRM expert so I havent experienced more powerful CRM tools but I believe its a great option for MOST of the user. It is friendly and an extension of Monday, its easy to deploy and install. Its not an expensive super specialized CRM.

We first found monday sales CRM when we were looking for a way to track opportunities and cases in our sales department. It proved so flexible and powerful, however, that we expanded the scope to include a variety of other data tracking applications within our company, from contacts, to insurance policies, to tracking sales tax nexus with various states.
  • Provides enormous flexibility compared to other CRM systems
  • Has a very simple and intuitive user interface
  • Allows updates to be posted via comment or email
  • User access control per record or group is a feature that's currently only available in the Enterprise version, which is out of our budget
  • Synchronization with Google contacts would be a very helpful feature
Perfect for a company looking for maximum power and flexibility, with an administrator who is comfortable building their own system through an intuitive GUI. Might be less appropriate for a company that is looking for an out-of-the-box solution that doesn't require a lot of tweaking.

We have been using monday sales CRM for over a year. We have about 50 employees and this has been working out well for us. We have been using this mainly for workflows and operations. The product is very easy to use and it allows our employees to work together seamlessly. Being that we are a mostly remote workforce this is imperative.
  • Advanced Reporting
  • Allows us to Collaborate
  • Improves our Team Communication
  • Robustness - I don't expect it to be SalesForce of course but needs some more functionality so we can scale this as we grow
  • Need to distinguish between the three Monday products and make them act as they are designed - Example Workforce, Project Management and CRM are basically the same functionality just presented differently
monday sales CRM is well suited for a start up or a company that doesn't need robust functionality to get started. The CRM needs more ease of use when it comes to performing the tasks that Sales needs. It also needs more options for columns and you should be able to customize the platform to your needs - that proves difficult sometimes

We use Monday to communicate any messages or updates that we may have on the status of our clients. Monday really allows for us to stay organized and keep track of everything in regard to the corresponding files. We use it every day to provide updates about our borrowers.
  • Allows us to track dates.
  • Tag other collogues to address them directly.
  • Sends notifications to us whenever we are pinged on a message.
  • Resends notifications even after a couple days it has been addressed.
  • Marks me as a viewer even though I sent the message out.
  • How it displays the entire pdf instead of just the link.
Monday is really great for tracking appraisals where we can list when it was ordered, when the due date is expected to be and when the inspection has been completed. I also enjoy how I can tag my coworkers to directly address them in my comments, so they see it. I allow all of us to stay accountable by staying updated by having to check Monday in order to stay in the loop.

We are a science outreach company. We go into schools and universities to present shows, workshops, and training. We use Monday.com to manage our ales contacts, diarising and invoicing. We have to manage both staff availability and resources as well as ensure that invoices are sent out post-event.
  • Creating different boards for sales stages
  • Setting up automations for when an item moves to the next stage
  • The ability to tag different types of contact for reporting
  • Lots of functionality in the pro version that would be nice to have as standard
  • Ability to filter out specific boards in different views (i.e. only show 'completed' items)
  • Greater pricing flexibility regarding no. of users.
It has helped us create detailed reports where we previously had to extract the data and create the report manually. Not so useful for staff management unless you can pay for all staff to have full access (the pro version is a little out of our reach financially)

I use it to track my proposals and follow up on potential sales. It gives me reminders to follow up but also shows how much I have proposed and sold. Great tool.
  • Tracks Sales
  • Potential Sales Tracking
  • Scope Tracking
  • Follow up reminders
  • Automatic company updating when a contact person is assigned
  • When a company is listed show the company contacts first
It is good at tracking overall sales but not overall profits.

monday sales CRM allows us to keep track of potential customers and create a pipeline of interactions so we can keep on top of who has been contacted and where we are on the sales pipeline. It has resulted in more conversions and less staff time wasted trying to determine where we are with the customer.
  • Tracking customers
  • Storing data / information that multiple staff members need access to
  • Assigning tasks and monitoring staff
  • Setting reminders
  • Calendar which could interact with zoom etc
  • Shopify intergration
monday sales CRM has allowed me to track potential customers in the sales pipeline. We can designate set steps that staff must follow and a timetable and this sales pipeline has resulted in more sale conversions and less staff time, making how customer acquisition more effective. It has also allowed us to share large amounts of data/information with staff who might be working from home and therefore not able to collaborate in person.

We collect leads and quality them.
We also created a board that allow key users to vote and feedback on deals.
We use this for our pipeline.
It also gives us pretty good reports and we did setup automations to better support our business processes. In general, it is not sufficticated system. Easy to use,
  • Leads
  • Pipeline
  • Polls and votes
  • Customization
  • Poor Hebrew support
monday sales CRM is great for task oriented stuff, status management , follow up on things we need. it is very easy to follow up on leads status and make sure it is taking care of.

Monday helps us to manage efficiently sales process and do follow-up of communication with companies. It helps us to effectively track managers' activities, provide sales, and close sales. The main business problem that helps us solve monday is tracking managers communications with customers. Every communication with potention customers is tracked in monday account
  • Creating timeline of communications with customers
  • effectively manage employees actions
  • Get realtime notifications of employees activities and
  • Make it easy to use for newcomers
  • Customer interactions
  • Creating new cards are sometimes little messy to understand
I still have to understand how bigger scope is working, after experiencing full potential maybe it is possible to increase how monday is good for companies values. at this moment monday is only used for tracking managers activities to customers and besides this we still have to use other software's for communications with our employees.

We use monday.com for everything from onboarding new hires to tech support requests and projects to the CRM to manage our partnerships. Primarily, I build out processes within monday.com for other members of my team to use. Most recently, we've built out a training tracking board that is keeping the process of HIPAA and CyberSecurity compliance automated and up-to-date.
  • Marking and sorting things by stages
  • Automation that gets rid of a lot of busywork
  • Visual cues and color coordination
  • Interconnectivity between the boards is present but not fleshed out - I'd love updates on one board to change things on another.
  • There's no "hide" feature - like, I do not want to delete this thing but also do not need to see it daily
  • Forms can add a new item but cannot update an existing item, which would be ideal - like with a drop-down to select the item in question? That would be so cool!
Smaller companies can really build out processes and structures on Monday.com. I don't suggest it for order or warehouse management, which I've seen some people try to do, but for employee management, CRM, and project management, I find it to be very useful and well-suited. My favorite thing is the Forms feature, which allow outside people to update your boards without seeing them.

It's a great way to improve your sales by managing oportunities and helping your team to better develop the lead qualification process. It helps the pre-sales team as well as the sales team to get a better converting rate, helping getting track of leads that would fall behind otherwise, and with doing so. It also helps you to have better results of your marketing investments, not only by getting a higher convertion rate, but as well as getting more information for the marketing team to better analyse the results of the campaings and have ajustments then, as well as helping to create new campaigns focusing on new solutions or even rethinking the way you show your product or service to you ICP.
It gives you a great operational and management tool to improve your results in a lot of ways, and you can even customize it.
So, in the end, it all up to you to make the best results possible by having the right processes running on the right tool and managed by the right methods.
  • You can manage leads that are not yet sales qualified
  • You can manage real sales opportunities with your team
  • You can analyse you efforts and results, so you can always improve productivity
  • I think that it could be more eficient on guiding the sales team to never have a deal without a task programed
  • It would be better if it had a direct connection with prospecting tools, such as Apollo.io
  • It would be interesting if it had a default board that automated the creation of a project board for services companies
I think that for a sales team that already has a digital driven culture its a great tool, and even for people that want to manage projects after the sales.
But for teams that are new to digital sales tools, it may cause some deals to fall behind in the beggining, just because the usual way people work is to register what has been done and not to schedule what to do next, and there's other CRM tools that help this to be a automated requirement in the usage os the system.

I started my work on monday as a marketing manager in a large e-commerce company - we were looking for a flexible and convenient solution to manage the many departments in the system without affecting the management of customers and the various sales processes. I started working with monday and slowly I was drawn in and built a step and another step for the business until we introduced all the work processes. With the help of working with monday I canceled licenses for 7 different systems and we saved tens of thousands of dollars a year not only because of the systems I stopped using but because nothing fell through the cracks anymore.
  • Lead management
  • Control over the department
  • Automated sales process
  • Improving support response times
Accounting and inventory management of a business is less suitable for monday - we personally connected the accounting and inventory system to monday and created a complete process.

It helps to boost productivity and helps to manage the leads and our clients. Centralized communication helps to communicate on an effective way. Regarding the report of sales, Monday's dashboard makes the work easier with a widget like charts, and graphs it can be customized according to our needs and preferences.
  • Sales dashboard with widgets
  • Its compatible on mobile
  • Managing leads
  • Tracking clients
  • Contact management
  • Deal stage
  • Activity view under contact
Monday is a great software to manage projects but it needs some advancements in contact management such as keeping track of phone number , email chat history. Sales dashboard functions are limited comparing to some major CRM tools.

We use monday sales CRM to track patient referrals from key referral partners. We have a 30-day residential program, and we track each patient referral from military bases, and the individual contacts at each base that referred. We have another board that tracks incoming leads from google ads for our sales reps to reach out to
  • Layout is simple
  • Easy to add / remove users
  • Board functionality allows to separate different use cases
  • Set up and implementation was very difficult, reps would not respond, I would have liked to have a customer service liaison just for me
  • Email integration is clunky and not always reliable
  • Automations need additional "when" actions
  • Automation for account vs contact level is very difficult
It's a good product for the price point but certainly more frustrating to work with than other CRMs (hubspot, Salesforce).

We use monday sales CRM to track our weekly, monthly and yearly sales. We are able to categorize our leads to determine whether or not they are hot leads in order to prioritize them amongst our sales staff. We also use monday sales CRM to track our equipment rental side of the business so we know when the equipment is due back as well as inventory so we know when we need to order more equipment. We also use it to schedule our warehouse deliveries so they know which equipment needs to be packaged up for delivery and what day it needs to be done by. I also use it to track our social media and email marketing so I know whether or not things are working or need to be changed. We also use it to track our demos so we know when our traveling salesman has availability.
  • Sales Tracking
  • Client Management
  • Scheduling
  • slow at times
  • difficult to create formulas for specific columns
  • need more dashboard widgets
If you have issues with keeping track of things like sales, clients or just regular daily tasks then monday sales CRM is perfect for you. It is essentially an online spreadsheet that gives your entire team the ability to update it and add notes to each task. I don't really see a scenario where it isn't appropriate because each workspace can be made to work for whatever you need.

Monday is really helpful and it helps us to organize our work. It also has customized options as per our requirements.
  • sales order
  • project engineer requests field
  • invoicing finance
  • to prepare engineer database
  • to understand work done by each employees
  • there should be like between sales order and sales order cost by default instead of doing it manually
  • it should help us to add the contract time period and send us reminders when the contract ends
  • for accounts it should add more features
it helps to make our work easy like it has got all data in one place. Even my managers can get all projects I am working on just by looking on Monday

We track leads and buyers within our Monday Sales CRM for both our live events and online business.
Monday allows us to:
  • Grant product access in Kajabi via Zapier connections
  • Track payments and account status
  • Update account information in Kajabi (Zapier)
  • Track and assign incoming emails from our buyer's list to the appropriate team member to ensure quality customer care
  • Monitor customer contact and flag customers who have not been contacted within a set date range
  • Track product fulfillment for various products and services within a purchased package (including start and end dates that are unique to each customer)
  • so much more...
  • Integrates with numerous other programs, applications, software, etc.
  • Organizes data for various departments (including creating items in different departments when statuses change)
  • Automates processes
  • Provides multiple views of the customer data to effectively sort and organize for productivity
  • I love the ability to email from within the program, but it's a little bit clunky, sometimes mildly glitchy
  • It would be amazing if duplicate line items could be flagged and merged easily, but this is not currently a feature
I absolutely love Monday.com. I love that monday sales CRM allows me to have a central hub for all of our systems so we can track and share information and make sure everyone has what they need. It's a process to get everything running the way we want it, but I'm very systems-minded so it's very much like working a puzzle. When the pieces fit perfectly and it does what we want, it's very satisfying. It's flexible for those who want to automate processes and integrate systems or those who just want to do the basics and record their data in one place.

I use it as a lead tracker and to keep our team informed. We have a lot of leads that come in, and organization is critical in making sure our operation runs smoothly. It also helps to keep all parties informed because of its auto features, like the emails it sends out. We also appreciate the reminders letting us know when to follow up.
  • Follow up reminders.
  • Pipeline maintenance
  • Functionality
  • Bumping up follow up clients to top of list to prevent them going to the bottom.
  • Give alerts to phone so they do not get lost in emails.
Monday sales are well suited for companies that generate a lot of leads from different sources. Being able to keep and manage who and where the leads belong is key. This is useful if your team has different members working on certain types of leads, as you can assign them to different parties. I do not believe it is appropriate in scenarios where they may only be one single lead manager or if leads come from one source only.

Monday.com CRM has been the best choice for a startup of our size, allowing us to efficiently manage the relationship with hundreds of organizations through our first year. As opposed to other CRM tools, the onboarding time was short, and the engagement metrics of our internal team were super high.
  • Adding new contacts and opportunities
  • Managing subtasks and next steps with each prospect
  • Keeping notes and updates from engagements
  • Capturing communication via multiple channels

We use it to track both leads and opportunities (throughout the entire lifecycle). The CRM is the first board in a series of connected boards and automations that we refer to as our "monday Ecosystem". This interoperation has allowed us be able to track a project from opportunity to close (Sales Team --> Project Team --> Partner Success Team). The CRM also connects to the invoicing board so we can pay the correct sales rep their commission; connects to the project assignments and high-level board so project team members can access contracts, budgets, and scopes unincumbered.

Prior to the CRM we were using spreadsheets, and it didn't give us the Macro level insights needed on a quarterly basis to make projections for the company that then inform my departments hiring. Having monday has paved the way to more expedited and confident decision making that can be felt throughout every level of the org.
  • Tracks where an opportunity is in the pipeline with confidence for becoming a project.
  • Connects to other boards, sharing critical information quickly and removing duplication.
  • Displays visualizations of real-time data across departments and the organization.
  • I'd like to be able to create automations from twice-mirrored columns. Have some sticky work arounds that are cumbersome to build and maintain.
  • Being able to group by XYZ would save time and the several views required for all stakeholders that see into the CRM.
  • I wish the dashboard dates automatically updated themselves so that week to week I could look and see where we are in the pipeline, without having to manually adjust the dates each week.
To have insights as to where an opportunity is in the pipeline is the benefit of any CRM. But then being able for that opportunity to be re-created on another board once it's reached a certain threshold (75% win probability, "verbal approval") and notify managers that they should start considering staffing and preparing delivery teams without duplicating efforts is a timesaving, game changer! We see what the BD team sees in real-time as it's being updated, with just the info we need mirrored so we can make staffing decisions. Incredible!

We use monday to track our regular sales cycle and our renewals sales cycle. We've set up connections between these boards in monday, so that once a prospect becomes a client they are shifted into the renewal cycle. monday made this much easier to manage than our previous software and allowed us to set up the custom automations we needed regarding these pipelines. We have also incorporated our onboarding checklist details into a board to make sure that nothing falls through the cracks. We like seeing our Sales Pipeline as a Kanban board and find the multiple board views very helpful. We also keep track of all of our contacts in monday and have them categorized by multiple different searchable factors.
  • Easily customizable automations.
  • Templates for different types of boards.
  • Multiple views of the same information.
  • Very easy setup.
  • Ability to have monochromatic Kanban boards.
We're a small team that currently manages our sales process without a designated sales person. Our sales boards allow us to keep track of everything that is in process for quick updates. We're able to make weekly updates and present our progress in weekly meetings, since it's very easy to update the boards.

It is used to track all sales opportunities and contacts. Once projects are awarded, it is used to help project incoming commission cash flow and accrued revenues. Each product line that we represent is tracked separately and contacts associated with the opportunities and/or projects are tracked as well. All new potential customers are added to the database and it is used by our marketing organization to create marketing/sale outreach campaigns.
  • Organize opportunities.
  • Track status.
  • Allow for updated information and detailed opportunity info.
  • Tracking contacts by company, not just individual.
  • Auto copying contacts you have entered previously to assign to opportunity.
monday works very well to track opportunities and contacts with important information. It does not integrate with Outlook or Google contacts as well as it could. It is an excellent software for solid CRM without the expense, hassle and user-unfriendliness of Salesforce, which our company has to use with some of the other companies we work with.

  • Allowing other fields to populate with information already filled in.
