How monday.com Differs From Its Competitors

Reliability & Availability

In the time we have been using monday.com, we have experienced (1) outage, which lasted a very short time... probably less than 30 minutes. I can easily pick up where I left off if I have downtime at home and things to catch up on... fire up a computer, and it's no different than being in my office.

monday.com is fast and easy to learn overall but expressions can get complicated to make boards work the way you want them to. Overall very please but would love a better cheaper way to learn how to do customization of boards.

Reliability & Availability

Overall, monday.com's performance has hugely benefited our business as a whole. There are very few moments where monday.com becomes restrictive, and even fewer moments when monday.com becomes frustrating and for software, I'd say that's a rather big accomplishment. I would like to make a note that …

Performance is top notch. Everything works as it should. Can trust it to be available and updated and secure for clients to use.

Still a growing company, we find it expensive to use for smaller projects.

Overall, I would highly recommend monday.com. Nothing else comes close just yet. I've used Jira, Trello, Asana, Wrike - they have pretty the same characters - convoluted and not so user friendly, in my opinion. monday.com is way more intuitive, user friendly, customizable and give you much …

Uptime has been phenomenal, only a few outages in 4 years and only one that impacted our day to day. Board automations have been very slow at times, enough to cause pain. Per monday.com support, this has been a known issue for years and remains lingering to this day 8/8/2022.

Because I like the way it has evolved and added new functions for its own use and for our teams. Apart from that, they have made it increasingly easier for everyone to understand, both for those who are just joining the teams and for those who already had more time using it.

I would be in serious trouble if the company switched to something else or returned to less sophisticated software. The intricate management system I built is what guides me through my days. When I feel like I lost track of my priorities, I always know where I should look to get back in the saddle.
