It is used to extract custom content or data within texts.It offers flexible deployment options and includes native support for multiple languages. It facilitates integration with other applications, that is, it integrates with more than 1,000 web tools thanks to its integration with Zapier. It allows to connect to the MonkeyLearn platform directly with applications like Typeform, Front, Zendesk and more to automatically get content, topics and keywords to classify in tags in a much easier way.

MonkeyLearn allows me to turn my ticket data into tags for my Zendesk, which is great for me to connect with customers properly and I can even upload CSVs and connect with my apps via direct integrations, Zapier, or API. I get a lot of data from my users, but I don't have the time or the ability to read through the feedback I receive. By using the tags that MonkeyLearn creates for me, I can quickly scan my data and find trends.

MonkeyLearn is a great tool for helping you extract data from text. It is also great for building other machine learning and data extraction tools if you are familiar with machine learning and natural language processing. I was able to use MonkeyLearn to extract data from text, but I found it to be more helpful when I was developing a way to evaluate open-ended answers in customer surveys.

It is easy to use and we can easily use machine learning algorithms. They have excellent customer service. It is very flexible and easy to use with detailed documentation of their APIs. It certainly slows down your work by easily extracting data from emails, chat, web, etc. We scan a ton of information into our systems and MonleyLearn makes it easier to analyze all the text

For feedback analysis of customers with Service request closures and project closures, where the customer survey form is sent with the request for detailed feedback on how the service was, how the communication flow was, how the interaction, updates, and the overall communication end to end was. Customer experience is fully captured.
  • Segregation of topics.
  • Tone of the feedbacks based on positivity and negativity.
  • Subcategory of Service requests, project based or standard feedbacks.
For shorter sorting of feedbacks, where the content is straightforward, simple words and the tone is neutral/negative/positive it's easy to work with. Sometimes the feedbacks are lengthy and complex, we see MonkeyLearn struggle in such areas and need manual intervention to make it work. The data insights are quite well pictorially summarised which is a good thing for a higher management view.
