Assessment coaches, teaching faculty, data analysts and Institutional Effectiveness staff use Moodle. We use Moodle to facilitate the assessment efforts at our institution, from academic assessment to service area and institutional assessment.

Moodle is administrated by myself and another individual. We create and modify coursework to be used as part of our Saas offering. This includes adding video, quiz questions that contain multiple choice answers, and e-learning activities. We have a third member of our team who assists in review.

Course administrators, member participants and facilitators-- member volunteers and contractors. Our members serve in a variety of roles. Out of the 60,000 members, over 3,000 serve in some capacity, mostly for asynchronous learning components of our offerings. The one-hundred, sixty-five I mention are staff that have a hand in adminstrating the session and the teachers that lead them.

We now have been under the use of Moodle for two full years now. Our faculty have really grown to love the use of Moodle. We are now under the use of Moodle 2.7.1+ and we upgrade at the end of every semester to the next version. We are self-hosted and we love using Moodle. Our administration always asks me to set up a new "group" to have each new area set up in for curriculum, or various administrative areas. It is wonderful how many people actually use it now.

Moodle is used by instructors, students, and college staff administering educational programs. It is core to our mission as an institution of higher education providing fully online courses (as well as face to face and hybrid courses). Greater than 65% of our enrollments are in fully online courses, so Moodle is critical to those learners.
