Overall they are very responsive and helpful. To improve their support, they could provide more help on best practices when integrating some services. It highly depends on what services you need to interface with, and we only had a minor issue with one of many services that took a bit longer to figure out with their help.

The mParticle support team is very knowledgeable. Recently we are working with a client who created a new App. The mParticle team resolved all the issues. They get into calls within short notice and provide code snippets along with technical know-how to resolve the issues.

I've had a positive experience with my direct representative, but then when attempting to troubleshoot the process becomes more convoluted with looping in support and sometimes takes longer than expected to be resolved.

They will go above and beyond and will file tickets If they don't have the answer. They are friendly, respectful, and punctual.

Superb technical support, always going the extra mile to understand your problem and work towards solutions. Specifically, the team are happy to jump on Zoom to troubleshoot the problem.

Really great support from the team, including Slack, etc. Not a 10, as it would be great to have had more architectural discussions from the beginning that could help us use the tool in a more optimal way.

As responsive as any Company I have ever worked with. Most responses are on the same day. The team goes above and beyond to make sure you get to a solution and answer. They do not leave you hanging after onboarding, and our partnership has been strong for over six years.
