Regular updates are being provided by the NetBeans developer over time. They also ask for feedback about NetBeans so the improvements can be made more frequently. Customer Support is very helpful and they try to fix the bugs as soon as possible. They always try to implement something new in each update.

NetBeans has a very strong user community. We can find solutions here for almost all the problems we face. In addition, we can forward NetBeans Support teams the problems we cannot solve. We can get quick feedback from the support teams, but I generally try to solve my problems by following the forums.

In most cases, users will have to read documentation or search online communities to find support from other users. Because NetBeans is free software, it doesn't come with any professional customer support. On the other hand, there are many online resources available because it is such a widely used IDE.
