  • Its ability to send out mass emails/text messages has been great for the times we need to send alerts out to all people or a specific group and make sure they see it.
  • The ability to set up the onboarding process for employees and make it all virtual has saved so much time. No more tracking down paper 1-9s or W-4s. And Netchex sends out alerts to them about what steps they still need to do.
  • Having a specific support team that is assigned to your account is very helpful as you get to know the people and they know your business well too.
