Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

The phone system has been easy to use, with little to no downtime in the 5 plus years we have had it.
Adding additional users and phones is straightforward and quick.
The support is always available when we need it which is important for a 24/7 business that relies on quick communication.

A system that is has it's flaws but can be a great product if worked on.

Because of all of the issues we are having, our company is switching to InContact. We can use all of our current Centurylink numbers and also have the mixture of having both soft phones and desk phones. Most importantly we are able to have each call saved to a .wav format (for review and audit purposes )which Fonality does not offer.

There has been a few early morning glitches that has affected service, but they get the issues resolved in a very timely manner. I am unable to remember a time when we had issues during prime business hours. The flexibility of using a softphone as well as a cellphone allows us to work away from the office when the need arrives.

Decision to renew is really driven by client needs. Due to restricted administrative access you really need to continue their support agreement.

We've already made a deep investment in the system hardware. We wouldn't be interested in another system at this point! And by the look of my colleagues faces when they see the HUD, I don't think we'd want to switch to a system that would limit us or take away any of these features! We may look at putting the server in the cloud, should internet outages prove to be such a common issue that it is preventing our other locations from functioning smoothly.

With us it's all about price, price, price. If I can show a system that is cheaper then we would switch. There is another option of a plain asterisk box but then there is no support. You will be on your own. Note: Fonalty is just selling you asterisk with their customization. The core part of Fonalty is asterisk and if you have the skill set, you don't need Fonalty you can do this on your with free asterisk box. but as we need the support from Fonality and do not have an asterisk expert on staff we will continue to renew our service with Fonalty.

There is a bit of a learning curve when going from a resident PBX system to a hosted VoIP system, but once you've managed the change, the functionality and cost are unbeatable. This much I know, should I ever decide to shop my Fonality Contract at renewal, it will absolutely be with another VoIP provider. Fortunately for Fonality and my office, I've yet to find another system out there that would rival Fonality's Hosted Connect Plus VoIP product Pound-For-Pound. Thank You Fonality!

I have only been using them for approximately 6 months now so we'll see how the rest of the experience pans out. It's been good so far.
