What is NetHire?

The core function of NetHire is to provide businesses with effective job postings to ensure the right hire for every open job. A single job posting with NetHire is distributed to hundreds of job boards and social media sites based on a few criteria: location, industry, and job title. Each of these postings is reviewed by experts at NetHire who make certain that each posting is optimized for candidate targeting and search engine optimization. If a given posting does not get adequate results, the NetHire team will review and rework the posting until the desired results are attained. NetHire’s premium job postings are suited for companies looking to make only a single hire as well as for companies looking to make dozens of hires. For company’s making several hires at one time, NetHire can simply scrape the job listings off a company’s website and convert them into premium job postings, saving hiring managers valuable time.

NetHire’s premium job postings are accompanied by other features that are meant to boost a company’s ability to make good hiring decisions and attract the right talent. NetHire allows companies to create company profiles giving company’s the ability to control the information job seekers see regarding their company. Large enterprises can even set up multiple company profiles for each unit of their organization. NetHire also comes equipped with analytics that inform users of how their job postings are performing. Analytics can be accessed via the dashboard which gives real-time insights on existing job postings. Or users can wait for the monthly analytics newsletter sent out by NetHire.

Candidate Management System

Purchasing a premium job posting from NetHire grants the user access to their Candidate Management System (CMS). NetHire’s CMS is designed to aid companies in getting potential employees efficiently through the hiring process. NetHire offers hiring managers two different ways to work through the hiring process. They can either handle applications based on each position they are hiring for. Or they can organize to-do’s based on the various steps in the hiring process (i.e., what résumés are there to be read, who needs to be called or emailed, who needs an interview scheduled, etc.).

The CMS also contains candidate profiles that centralize information including links to social media, candidate ratings, what stage of the hiring process the candidate is in, information on any previous positions the candidate has applied for at the company, access to important documents such as résumés and cover letters, and notes from hiring managers and other hiring stakeholders.

NetHire’s CMS can handle candidates from any source. Whether they come in via NetHire’s job listing, general submissions from an organization’s website, or other third-party job boards, NetHire will pull them into a centralized location making sure hiring managers see every candidate that applies. NetHire also assembles a talent pool for its clients that include anyone who has ever applied for a job or expressed interest in working for that organization. This internal talent pool allows recruiters to easily find potential candidates without having to go far to find them.
