We use NetProspex for the sales and marketing team. It is integrated with our marketing automation system and it updates/completes the incoming lead record. We also use it to find people within a specific persona. We are currently rolling out an integration with our CRM to accommodate more account-based marketing.

You always want to minimize the import of lists that are not opt-in. It is ideal for completing and correcting inbound leads.

We use NetProspex's cleanse and enrich tool. We upload our marketing database, and the NetProspex tool compares our records to their own. They then help us fill in incomplete data that we have. It also flags items that could be potential problems for us, such as undeliverable email addresses. This helps increase the quality of information given to our sales team when they are nurtured enough to become marketing qualified leads.

NetProspex is particularly well suited to help your organization keep up an accurate database. It helps to use the NetProspex tools at least once a quarter to help maintain accuracy. It also helps to fill in any incomplete records that could slow down your business process, and it eliminates barriers during the sales funnel.
