We came from an ESP which seemed to be way too eager to mark users on our list as bounced. We noticed this once we started finding our own employees' emails on the bounce list. We used NeverBounce to reconfirm thousands of active users.

In order to control bounce rate and not damage the domain reputation, I use NeverBounce to verify my email list before I run my outbound campaigns. Our marketing team also uses NeverBounce to maintain the hygiene of their subscribers list. NeverBounce plays an important role in the success of our email campaigns.

This software we use for cleaning our email database. Our marketing and sales team use this software before running an email campaign. The email databases we collect through various online and offline activities have various errors. So we need to rectify those errors to use emails for our email campaigns. After cleaning our database, the efficiency of our email campaigns increases substantially.

NeverBounce is used at our company to keep our email sending clean and successful. It helps us to identify email addresses that are likely to bounce before we send the emails. So when we avoid bounces, we win. It is used exclusively by the marketing team at our company.

We are using NeverBounce to clean old databases that we are recycling and new databases we are acquiring before starting an email campaign. NeverBounce is used to ensure we don't have a high bounce rate that prejudices our deliverability.
