Newton is currently our primary software used to manage the hiring process. All managers use Newton to request positions, recruit candidates, review applicants, and make hiring decisions. Newton has become an integral part of our hiring process and is in use by all departments across the company. Newton has replaced a complete mail and email-based process and has simplified our hiring processes.
  • Organization of applications is superb.
  • Easy to search past applicants
  • Streamlined view of current applicants
  • Mobile needs a lot of improvement
  • Recruiters can reject an applicant and the hiring manager won't know
  • The system is not completely intuitive, needs some training to use well.
Newton is ideal for recruitment for a medium business. The process would have been arduous for a much smaller business, but it should scale well for a large business. Newton has helped us streamline hiring and recruiting, and was a welcome change over our old manual and email-based processes.
