What is NexHealth?

NexHealth is a patient engagement platform that integrates directly with health record systems. NexHealth improves business workflows with real-time online scheduling, automated appointment reminders, patient messaging, digital forms, online payments, reporting, and a virtual waitlist.

NexHealth offers two-way integrations with health record systems via the Synchronizer, its in-house integration technology. The Synchronizer works bidirectionally across the solution's entire feature set, including real-time online scheduling, appointment reminders, patient messaging, patient recall and recare, online reviews, and digital payments.

NexHealth focuses on integrations, with the goal of enabling customers to launch on the platform in under one month – fully integrated with their on-premise or cloud-based system. Further, its Healthcare API enables developers to build custom features and functionality for doctors and patients. The API helps engineering teams build better products by offering a universal interface, bundling common functionalities, and reducing product development time.

Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

We use Nexhealth for new patient paperwork, online scheduling, patient communication, and Google reviews. We plan to demo it to use for our online payments but as of yet not done so. We are hopeful. Nexhealth does charge higher fees for credit cards than other companies we've looked into.
  • All-in- one platform
  • Great customer support
  • Very skilled and knowledgeable team
  • Gets high reviews for Google
  • Our forms have had trouble syncing with Dentrix
  • There is customization we would like to be able to do inside new patient forms that we cannot do
  • Syncing issues with paperwork into Dentrix
Dental offices needing to scale down the many services they use would be a perfect fit. I think any medical facility would use Nexhealth and love it! A situation where a doctor is looking to expand their online presence is also a great opportunity for Nexhealth. We have gotten 100s of new Google reviews, but the great thing is they are all 5 star. We used Swell and granted, Swell gets a higher review count, but Nexhealth is pretty good!
  • Online scheduling
  • Patient appointment confirmations
  • Reviews
  • Paperwork
  • Reduced our cost per month for multiple programs
  • Gotten us more Google reviews
  • Saved us time sending automatic messages to patients
Nexhealth is superior because it is more advanced in customization than all of the above. We have had a few issues with syncing and I don't want practices to overlook this. The program is not 100% foolproof.
