It is being used by employees in all departments like product development, quality assurance, marketing, and customer data. It helps in storing customer data and makes it easier to manage the data and generate new leads. The product is highly customizable and can be modified as per the needs of the end users. The huge selection of features makes it easier for users to make the most from the customer management life cycle.

NexJ CRM is well suited for a large scale industry that has a large user base and needs to manage the customer data to provide the best services to the customers as per their requirements. They can have a better understanding of their customers to increase customer loyalty, and provide a better customer experience. NexJ is currently less suited for smaller industries that do not have a large user base.
