Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Nextiva as a communication platform both inside and outside the
office. It works pretty smoothly to combine all your business and personal telecommunications lines. The app acts as a mobile office line, so you'll never
miss a call when you're gone. As property managers, we occasionally leave the office to visit our properties, so it's reassuring to know we won't miss an important call or appear to be neglecting people who call the office during normal business hours. It also discourages giving out your personal line or having a second phone. I like the feature of having voicemail
transcriptions and listed recordings for quick, easy access. The settings make
it pretty easy to control notifications and calls. Texting is also available as
an add-on feature. Overall, this is a convenient product for businesses in
management, customer service, brokering, etc.
