NGNCloudComm is an omnichannel contact center software that offers a single system designed to include all the features, capabilities, and possibilities of an interwoven solution. It can natively handle inbound calls, outbound calls, email, text messaging, chat, social media communication, etc., and all inbound communication channels – calls, email, text messages, chat, social media, etc are managed with multi-tier routing options (skill, last agent handled, account ownership, language, priority scoring, etc.).

For outbound calling and campaigns, NGNCloudComm includes predictive dialing capabilities, featuring real time lead list management with advanced sorting, filtering and multiple record selection or suppression, the ability to quickly add new campaigns as needed, or set abandon rates daily and on a per campaign basis and calculated based on a fix interval or an sliding windowframe.
