NICE Incentive Compensation Management allows users to take control of sales incentives programs by building, communicating, and approving comprehensive, flexible plans. NICE ICM allows compensation admins to build and adjust complex compensation plans independently, with no IT help, starting from importing data using built-in ETL tools to modeling plans with visual tools and Excel-like comp calculators, to applying role-based personalization and designing pages using graphical layout tools. NICE ICM can be on-premise or hosted. It includes features around creating plans, automating processes, and scaling sales teams/incentive strategies. The vendor says that by consolidating multiple systems and fragmented pay plans, NICE ICM reduces compensation plan implementation from months to days, and can cut administrative and IT costs.
