DaaS feature helps removing manual overhead from the client, Audience planner helps better targeting the customers strategically through the customers insights and better tailored campaigns. It also helps in easily identification of the duplicates as well. In nutshell, it has been working fantastically for us so far, the Nielsen team is also so supportive and always so quick with our concerns/doubts and queries. Hence, full marks on that front as well.

Nielson marketing cloud is well suited for a marketing agency that deals with large datasets as well as use multiple marketing and customer relationship management tools. I think Nielsen is an ideal solution for survey and promotion. I think incentives for customers truly help the ROI on this platform. I feel they could do better with email customization but it's a great starting point. It's clear to see who access and what survey results are available as well.
Best suited for scenarios involving detailed analysis of customer data and demographics. Allows for complex investigation of customer and audience details. Less well suited for scenarios involving simultaneous collaboration on analysis. This product is not the best for collaboration and is better suited for individual work and individual forms of analysis.
If you have a robust audience strategy and a ton of CRM data from a client, I'd recommend using NMC. Their integration and easy access to NCS segments makes my job 10X easier.
