Whether Windows, Mac, Linux-based, physical or virtual devices, this unified IT management solution provides a consolidated view into the health and status of all endpoints.

NinjaOne’s interface and unlimited onboarding support, enable customers to onboard in days, not weeks or months. Technicians are trained and productive in hours, able to proactively monitor, patch, secure, and remotely support end users faster.

NinjaOne has made a major impact in our ability to manage all of our devices across our 2 sites. We have tried other RMM's in the past, but NinjaOne has been by far the most useful and we do not use everything it has to offer yet. We plan on expanding on the automation further to increase our efficiencies.

NinjaOne is a reliable remote management and monitoring agent, and out of the thousand or so endpoints and servers we support, it is the rare occasion were the agent fails to work. This significantly reduces time spent in investigating by allowing quick access to the affected user's endpoint and the customisable library of scripts means programs can be installed and uninstalled without even needing to be remoted to an endpoint.

NinjaOne has allowed us to find all the devices in one location whether they are domain connected or not. It also allows us to view and manage MAC OS ( something we did not previous have the ability to do) as well as manage and view Linux devices. By using the NinjaOne API and PowerShell, we have been able to produce big picture views of the installed software of interest, OS patching levels, encryption status, and Anti-virus protections opportunities. NinjaOne data allows us to target our scripted responses to those devices that need the attention.

By building out our automation tasks, this system has simplified the day-to-day of our technicians greatly. They have one pane of glass for device management and ticketing and this allows them to complete their tickets quickly and efficiently to allow for more opportunities to get other items worked on. NinjaOne has a great product and they continue to improve and add to the already bountiful product line.

Automation, automation, automation. NinjaOne allows my engineers to schedule automations based on policies. Computer hard drive filling up, autorun disk cleanup, DHCP out IPs, send a ticket to our ticketing system, end-users keep declining the patch reboot notices, auto reboot on schedule. We haven't even scratched the surface of what NinjaOne can do and already we have saved so much time and money.

NinjaOne has all our PCs sitting on one dashboard. We can easily connect and see any information about the PC, even down to the hardware information. From there we can access the command prompt and powershell screens on each computer and run commands. We can set up patch management schedules. We can remote access to see screens with a few clicks.

It really is simple and easy to use! Let's say our customer just lost internet, we can see through NinjaOne the exact time the computer disconnected and we probably can glean information from the handy details section. And filtering through users is also a breeze with their fantastic organization filters!

NinjaOne has allowed better visibility into our environment when it comes to patch management. It has allowed us to implement automation's to automatically alleviate common issues such as print spooler freezing and has allowed support to easily diagnose and fix issues without having to physically go to each endpoint.

When we went from 3 FTE in IT to 2, NinjaOne allowed us to automate tasks that allow us to survive with such a small staff. NinjaOne helps us to maintain a healthy fleet, backup important data remotely and to ensure that patches are patched an updates are executed. Not sure how we could possibly manage without this tool in our arsenal.

NinjaOne gives me the ability to see every device. When the device is powered on I can pull all kinds of information and I have a lot of utilities to interact with the device as needed. If the device is not powered on - I can see when it was last powered on and i have records of what it had been doing.

NinjaOne helps us to quickly remote into users' workstations to fix issues. We can occasionally push out commands to fix issues without logging into user's workstations. It allows our remote staff to support users in other states with a click of a button.
We're able to set up alerts, which notify us when critical devices are down.
We're able to sleep well at night, knowing NinjaOne is constantly monitoring and running backups.

NinjaOne makes it simple to assist users with issues. We can remotely see details about their computer such as space on the hard drive, CPU consumption, etc. We can see applications installed, and remotely perform administrative tasks without even needing to log in to their computer. When we do need to assist a user directly, we can launch a screen share and see exactly what they are doing.
