Their back-end interface could be a little more user-friendly. Creating groups and rescheduling campaigns can be a little challenging but hoping as more is done internally that the process will start to simplify itself. I do like their monthly cadence as it helps to keep the topic(s) front and center without causing user fatigue.

Ninjio has overcome my expectations, delivering a great product, easy to use, updated and interesting content, easy to manage and customize, great support, and a relationship with the account manager. I fully recommend Ninjio, for any company, especially if there is remote work involved. The phishing simulator is also very fun and a great resource for flagging security issues.

NINJIO The Way To Go

The emails sent out with the videos are perfect, with zero issues from a user point of view this is a simple system to use. For the admin, this is a little harder. While the concepts of the product are fairly easy to use and things like dashboards, downloading, and uploading have been carefully considered, the reporting in the background can be a little ... 'tricky' on occasion, with results not filtering when selected sometimes and screens sometimes not populating.

NINJIO has an overall easy platform to use. I'm not a fan that I have to use one hub and the Dojo to access different things. The platform does lack a few things, like timestamps of training completion and a schedule of what videos are going to come. The Dojo platform is good, overall.

I would like to see some more integration in the lower versions of NINJIO. Particularly integration with Google workspace and 0365. There is good room for improvement in the UI of the tool

We were going to cancel NINJIO because our IT service provider was offering similar video training at no charge to us. Their videos did not compare to NINJIO. Employees did not enjoy watching them and paying attention was more difficult for them. The other videos were 15-20 minutes which in my opinion too long and the retention level was not equal to NINJIO. So while we were not charged for their videos, the benefit was not there.
