It is easy to learn and use. However, the O365 version lacks some customization options and re-useable template features found in the on-premise version. Overall it is an easier product to use than many other options, such as Power Platform, but it is not as scalable as those options and does not provide as many options for customization via code when that is required.

It is a very good product but the way that Nintex is promoted by Nintex states that business employees can do all of the work themselves. In practice we see that there are employees needed with a certain deal of IT knowledge and basic process modeling knowledge. Therefore this rating.

Easy to learn and manage with enough options for forms and workflows. They have a good support desk. Haven't encountered better options at the moment. It's quite expensive but if you have a lot of forms and workflows that run a lot you save yourself money in the long term.

The platform provides a user-friendly entry point and abundant high-quality tutorials and documentation. Leveraging the API, it becomes possible to integrate additional services beyond the platform, potentially elevating Nintex to a central cornerstone within the company, or at the very least, within the department. This capability enhances its potential to become a hub for various operational functions and processes, contributing to smoother workflows and increased efficiency.

In my opinion, very clunky from the perspective of being user friendly. It takes alot to set up a process and a team of people to manage the administration and training. Platforms should be user friendly and self serving.

I am a fairly new to development with Nintex (2y). But I was able to learn how the Form Designer and the Workflow designer works in a very short amount of time.
I appreciate how powerful the platform is (especially the SQL Request action). The platform is powerful and run very complex processes, yet it is so user friendly that its fundamentals can easily be taught to Citizen Developers.

Generally we have found staff find Promapp intuitive to use, although some of the add-ons are not as intuitive and require a level of training. It has become the accepted method for documenting what we do and how we do it and staff like the fact that the ability to make changes is within their control.

I have been a SharePoint user since 2015 (SPS 2003). I know SharePoint. I know how lists work. I was a former InfoPath user. Moving to the Nintex Process Platform seven years ago took us to the next level with capabilities, including being able to build the "system" in SharePoint.

Very useful compare to other platforms. The tool is easy enough to use as the beginner and complex enough to handle the complex workflow as the advance user. Our company is planning to move the Nintex Workflow Office365 to NWC and continue to build the new applications using NWC as NWC can connect to multiple sources through its connectors. The connector will help us reduce the limitation of the data sources on the backend.
