In my opinion, Nintex is based on an aging architecture, and a dated user interface. I think Process Manager has very limited functionality to improve the user experience. Search very much relies on having intuitive language and tagging across processes, it is nowhere near Google search functionality. Workflows are simple and limited in their capabilities.

I know we don't use all the features available to us, and indeed, we are not getting 100% out of the features we use. However, we are delighted with what we use and how we use it to map out our processes. I mentioned before that we are still working through our mapping but are delighted.
