It is used be team leaders and users who need forms and processes within a approval workflow. Easy to use in SharePoint lists with forms, emailing and workflow approval tasks. But all of the configration and process creation steps is still done by the IT department. So it could improve still its usability.

Yes, non-IT staff use Nintex--some as users (filling out forms, approving and rejecting tasks, etc.) as well as implementers. The no-code capabilities of Nintex allow non-technical users to create forms and even workflows with minimal training. If a user can map a business process using a tool such as Visio they can easily learn how to create a workflow to automate that process.

It is a two-sided tool. The part that needs coding to deliver especially where programming is needed and JavaScript helps that. But the manual way needs no coding and the non -It staff can manage with that by using the segment with SharePoint or office 365 among other softwares in project management.

Yes. We have built them inventory requisition form/flow, a wellness reimbursement form/flow, a request for legislative action form/flow, and are in the process of building out HR forms.
