Notifii Track has allowed us to completely streamline our package handling process from receiving to delivery on our campus. With packages arriving for both departments and individuals, we needed a way to properly receive packages from multiple carriers. Students come to our counter to receive packages, while departments have their packages delivered. We needed a solution that would allow us to do all of these things accurately and speedily.

Notifii is fantastic in Higher Education mail rooms where packages are received centrally. The system can be setup to automatically send-out e-mail and text communication to students and departments, alerting them to the package's arrival. Packages can then be signed-for by students and/or departments either at the mail room or elsewhere since the system is completely cloud-based.

  • Students love that they receive immediate communication when a package arrives from them. This is a big win for student experience.
  • There was no expensive hardware to purchase or maintain (a win for IT), and we pay a very reasonable monthly fee for the service, all updates, and support.

We had previously used a product by Pitney Bowes, called Arrival. We used Arrival for a number of years, and it worked well for what we were doing. However, when we came across Notifii Track, the benefits were clear. One simple, monthly payment for the product, which included updates and support. Other than an iPad and a signature pad at our counter, we did not have to purchase any additional hardware. Notifii Track also allowed us to easily import student data (FERPA compliant) and communicate to students via e-mail and text. These were the big wins when compared with our previous software.

The product continues to do what we need it do to consistently and reliably.
We replaced Pitney Bowes Arrival because it was, at the time, challenging to use, expensive to upgrade, and finicky.

There were no other products on the market that could do what Notifii could for a similar price point. I wouldn't change a thing.

In the rare instance of a problem, Notifii track has been very easy to communicate with and they get back with us very quickly. On the rare occasion of scheduled server maintenance, they have communicated far in advance, which has been very helpful.
Support is included in the monthly price, there are not multiple tiers.
We've only had two issues to report in more than four years of using the service, and each time, they have responded quickly and solved our problem!
The program can be run on a desktop computer using an easy-to-use interface, or on an iPad, which is very intuitive.

As a boarding school we need to manage package tracking and notifications for both our employees, as well as a very broad and diverse student body. Notifii [Track] allows us to do this by integrating with our Active Directory system and allowing for custom implementations using data scraped from AD.

  • Implementation is a very long process if you have any customization or special requirements.
Notifii [Track] is best used in a situation where you have a very large body of users who are nearly identical in their purposes and roles. Once you begin to add in complexity to the Notifii system, whether it be addressing, user management or roles, [in my opinion] the system becomes incredibly cumbersome and difficult to administer. Be prepared to write custom scripts if you want to implement custom solutions.

Support for this product is TERRIBLE [in my opinion]. Our implementation advisor frequently had wrong or changing information. We would be told one thing which would then change moments later. Documentation also was severely lacking making implementation without assistance near impossible.

Our Shipping/Receiving Department uses Notifii Track in order to log in and track the delivery of all packages coming into our resorts. This preserves the chain of custody and allows us to document that packages were delivered to the correct department or person.
  • Scans any barcode.
  • Allows pictures of package and person signing.
  • Good reporting detail and summary information.
  • More choices on reporting - by department, package detail, etc.
  • Allow for multiple intermediate transfers within the same company before the final destination.
  • Allow for notes after the package has been logged out.
Notifii Track is a great, value-added tracking software. It has come in very handy to confirm that a package was delivered to the correct recipient from the dock by not only getting a signature but also taking a picture of the package in the recipient's hands. It is also well suited for use with a standard cell phone or tablet. We sometimes deliver packages to our business center for our guests to pick up. There is not a way where the package could be logged in at the dock and signed for at the business center as an intermediate location before being signed out by the guest for the final delivery.
