Notifii Track has allowed us to completely streamline our package handling process from receiving to delivery on our campus. With packages arriving for both departments and individuals, we needed a way to properly receive packages from multiple carriers. Students come to our counter to receive packages, while departments have their packages delivered. We needed a solution that would allow us to do all of these things accurately and speedily.

Sends e-mail and text messages to package recipients
Allows us to scan packages in and sign them out on an iPad
Allows us to take a picture of the delivered package and/or the person who signed for it
Allows us to quickly and easily import users into the database
Keeps all records on the cloud, in compliance with FERPA

It would be nice to easily remove student data from the system without having to open a support ticket.

Students love that they receive immediate communication when a package arrives from them. This is a big win for student experience.
There was no expensive hardware to purchase or maintain (a win for IT), and we pay a very reasonable monthly fee for the service, all updates, and support.
