Easy to use workstation for our team.
Nuclino is basically an internal database for our team to work out of. It is easy to keep documentation in a way that is simple and easy to use and search from. We especially use this tool for onboarding our team. Almost everyone uses this tool on our team in some capacity.

Nuclino is a great software. We have not really used anything like it so there is nothing to compare it to, but it has been awesome.

Best software to consolidate your firm's tribal knowledge.
We realized a few years ago that, for the most part, our organization depended on tribal knowledge and passing on information verbally. If someone left the organization we suddenly had a fairly large knowledge gap and had to try and fill it. We implemented Nuclino to consolidate this information in an easily accessible format that was useful and timely.
- Workspaces are helpful to segment information.
- Being able to download files directly from Nuclino is useful.
- Having the ability to link to external docs is useful.
- Not having storage caps would be ideal.
- Expandable subheadings would be ideal.
- Being able to incorporate user branding/themeing.

I like Nuclino because the user experience has been the best by far. It's extremely user friendly and laid out simply and elegantly. I've really enjoyed using it and implementing it for my team. It's been useful getting all of our tribal knowledge in one database that we can contribute to when needed.

Great wiki/documentation tool for small teams
Nuclino is used by a small team at our company. They were looking for a small but productive team wiki. They found it in Nuclino. The "Graph" was surprisingly informative. And also being able to collaborate real-time is a very nice feature and Nuclino has done that very well. The paid plan offers SAML integration among other things which helps in our IAM processes.
- Very easy to setup

- No real offline use is possible.
- For small teams it's ok, but pricing is too high if lots of employees need to work with it.

Faster Documentation with Nuclino
We are currently utilizing Nuclino to document our internal processes and internally developed tools across our operations department. Before Nuclino, the team was using Google documents which were getting lost and not easily organized. Nuclino allows us all to not only edit the documentation and see changes immediately (as Google does), but now we could organize the content into a hierarchical structure and see revision history more easily.
- Clean simple interface where users can onboard quickly and get to documenting - no "plugins" that the user has to learn to use.
- Great structuring method which shows on the left-hand side allowing the user to drag-n-drop items in the hierarchy where they are needed quickly.
- Ability to view history to see changes and export content into word and PDF formats.
- Great search interface that quickly shows the results using auto-complete in keeping with the clean interface.
- The product could use more formatting ability to control what content looks like; currently you cannot set text to different text color.
- You cannot control the width of the content, which makes it difficult to embed large content such as tables.
- Tables are not responsive; instead they scroll as if within an iframe and this makes export problematic.

- Having a central documentation allowed users to find data more quickly, which resulted in 50% less "question" type bugs that would appear in our queue.
- Collaborating documentation before development resulted in less bugs; this is part process but the ease of sharing and making related documentation easy to access encouraged users into adapting the process.
- Increased use in documentation allows support response time to be higher for triage since supporting documentation is ready to go.
Nuclino is the clear winner when it comes to ease of use for both the administrator and user. Less setup time and less "training" time. The streamlined interface is quick and intuitive to learn and is not cluttered as compared to Confluence. Every tool you need to use to create a page or administer the workspace is available immediately on screen or by right-clicking. In contrast, Confluence buries many tools in administrative interfaces and only allows use of some features once you make several clicks to include a "macro" or "plug-in". We use both tools and I get complaints constantly from my team about how complicated Confluence can get just to author a quick page.
