Odoo HR is an integrated, customizable app that helps HR professionals with hiring, employee management, expense management, appraisal management, and other human resource needs. Users can automate HR processes with the Odoo Suite of HR Apps.


In its latest version, users can change job positions, stages, medium, priority, and responsibility in the list view, as well as create reports on reasons why applicants weren’t hired. Also, when an employee leaves the company, an end date is automatically added on their contract. In addition, their address, car’s contract, etc. are archived.

Odoo HR is used to support different internal Human Resources administration processes such as payroll management, finances, recruitment and onboarding, job profiles, secure access to employee information, job applications, employee tracking and other benefits. We implemented this platform at the beginning of 2020, it is extremely easy to use, multiple integrations including some social networks, this helps us find new talent, send job offers and evaluate their performance.

It is a very easy to use (HR) portal, I can access all the information I need in one place from anywhere, from payroll, talent acquisition, document access, surveys and even internal recruiting.
  • Management of payroll.
  • Job application.
  • Integration with social networks such as Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook.
  • Integration with payment gateways including PayPal and Stripe.
  • Internal recruitment.
  • The cost can improve.
  • Customer service can improve.
Odoo HR is a great resource for any Human Resources department, it is ideal for managing payroll, performance, job offers, hiring processes and other benefits that will help you meet the needs of an HR environment.
