Omnipack was our outsourcing partner for logistics (including warehousing, stock-taking, collecting, packaging, and shipping the products to end customers). Their system was directly linked to our e-commerce platform so that all the orders can be streamlined to the warehousing system live. The company was also receiving our incoming packages and doing the initial count.

Timely sending of products to end customers.

Communication with the client (our SPC was changed multiple times over just 2 years).
Different strange positions were put on the invoices and it was difficult for us to understand them.
We did not feel like we were treated as partners in this relation.

Stock counting.

Positive: when things were going smooth, Omnipack was very efficient and timely in sending out the orders to end customers.
Negative: endless discussions about discursive invoicing, unclear processes, etc. led to inefficient utilization of our employees.
In case us being late with the payment, Omnipack was stopping any activities and keeping our stock (we could not take even a part of it - even though the stock value was more than 10x the amount due).

We need a platform to make a logistical operation for a brand new import business as the dropshipping model. Actually, my partner was in the coordination but I can say that we came from a place with no idea of what to do with logistics to a complete solution for us.

If they don't exist maybe the operation was inviable.
Europe was a new market we're trying, so a whole new sector.
Euros are expensive so we saw it as a bet in some way.
