Beyond the obvious strong general computer skills ... A strong data skillset is valuable for integration support and for extracting / reporting beyond canned reports and lists. People skills ... have to work with the users. Big picture skills ... support often comes at an individual level, but, a view of the big picture and interdependencies of process and information is valuable.

Managers of Finance, Admissions, and communications use the program on a daily basis. The people who use the program on a daily basis need to have a basic understanding of relational data in order to keep track of the changes. They are people who need to be open to change and ready to learn new things.
