ON24 released new features on a regular basis, I think about twice per quarter. One of the improvements that I particularly liked is the updated UI for producers and presenters. It's much more modern and easy to use. For me as a preseter and/or producer it's now easier to work in the backend.
Next to that, I've also requested features often like for instance reporting on e-mails send through ON24. And this is now also possible. So, I have the feeling that they take your requests serious and really look for input/feedback.

Overall great product and value for our business needs
We have started to use the AI technology built in to turn around quick summary thought leadership pieces and highlights from a webinar to put out on social media to capture the main discussion points from a webinar. It was a nice starting point for us for a longer written piece and was a nice quick transcription type of piece to start with.

Through their constant innovation ON24 challenges me to use their new features to the benefit of my audience. ON24 Platform Review
We continue to optimize our webinars and the user experience. When we had no choice, but to do virtual events (2020 - 2021), ON24 offered a best-in-class experience and provided the necessary delivery system of content via a virtual event. ON24 continues to provide a rich experience for our webinar attendees now that our events have moved back to in-person.

On-Demand Course Certifications Made Easy!
Our firm was briefly interested in housing our continuing legal education course catalog in ON24's E-Hub, which we had one for a year, in addition to producing all of our events with Elite Studio. We found the overall training and user interface to be extremely easy and user friendly for our team to manage behind the scenes. It was a very polished and professional product for our clients as well. We ultimately ended up not renewing the E-Hub contract because of the amount of turnover on our team and therefore we were understaffed to maintain the product. However, I would highly recommend it, if you're able to dedicate a full time resource (depending on each user's needs of course).

ON24 To the Rescue!
ON24 makes facilitating large virtual events easy. Historically we used Zoom and the audio/visuals were always problematic, and dealing with RSVPs and registrations was extremely tedious and challenging.
ON24 has made hosting virtual client and prospect events easy and has enabled our team to focus on what matters most, rather than dealing with logistics and virtual event operational tasks.

Taking our companies webinars into the future
It speeds up the process for our team. Instead of creating a new landing page everytime, a new form, follow up emails, recordings, it speeds the entire process up and helps us have more time for other projects.

My favorite webinar platform
Since I work in virtual events I'm more likely to register for other companies webinars too on my free time. I love the idea of key moments and hope it can get improved. I did enjoy the update with the ON24 keyboard arrow to advance slides but I wish it was easier to locate and turn on, it's very hidden.

On24 for B-2-C Marketing
On24 has made it much easier to host simulive events than when we did this on Zoom. On Zoom, we had to play the simulive webinar directly from someone's computer, which left a lot of room for error with audio and possible pop-ups/other tech issues. It is much more seamless with On24, so we have been able to host simulives on a more frequent basis.

ON24, a customizable, robust platform
ON24 is on the cutting edge of technology. They are building out AI solutions to the platform. Captioning is a great accessibility feature that they offer. This has a fee, so we often do this ourselves in house. I love their best-in-class highlighting of other user's webinars to benchmark ourselves and get inspired by other effective experiences.

it has exposed me to new solutions, stimulated me, challenged me, and proved very useful and reliable as a solution. I have been using it for over a year on a daily basis and I am happy about the developments deployed in this space of time I am certainly looking forward to seeing and hearing more of the new solutions they are working on currently.

With the option to produce on-demand, simulive, and live content we were able to produce interactive webinars and gather important sentiment we needed that we used to continuously grow our program. The engagement tools helped us improve the customer experience and allow us to easily point customers in the right direction for related content like case studies, past webinars as well as help us promote upcoming webinars. We had control of the survey content which was valuable in collecting customer feedback, which we used to better understand what kind of content our customers wanted next outside of what we could gather from the Q&A.

ON24 scaled our Events
We switched to ON24 from GoTo Webinar so we saw an instant difference between the two platforms. ON24 is a much more "event" oriented platform with different widgets, screens and breakout rooms whereas GoTo Webinar was more of a webinar-only screen-sharing tool. The ON24 platform allows us to try simulive events which were a game-changer for us as it meant we could service a much larger area of our business in a much smaller time frame.

On24 is satisfactory for our needs
I am not sure On24 as a product as inspired new innovation, however we do appreciate all of the updates made to improve speaker and user experience. They do host an annual end of year event in which they showcase how customers are using On24 in different ways and I find this inspiring/always enjoy seeing how others use this tool.

We would recommend ON24 for events teams looking to facilitate a large webinar programme
The biggest benefit we believe ON24's functionality offers, is the ability to store webinars on demand with no restrictions. Not many other virtual event providers in the market offer this functionality, and for us, this has impacted our ability to target prospects with our content for a longer lifecycle. There are still opportunities for ON24 to improve its functionality, especially when it comes to the actual presenting side of things (e.g. making the console simpler for presenters, allowing them to share their screen at the same time and showing their webcam).

Best customer service team ever
I learned this platform at the time the coronavirus started to spread around the world. All of the face-to-face events were cancelled. The biggest difference in digital events started at that time for every business. Digital events were the biggest opportunities for us to engage with the customers. ON24 helps us to make it easier.

Great product but lacks the flexbility and adaptability needed in a fast moving market

ON24 was our bread and butter when we stopped doing in-person events due to COVID. We utilized ON24 way more so we could keep the events side of our business going. It's been a great tool for us, and it's awesome how much you all are improving as times change with the in-person virtual and hybrid landscapes.
