To support ON24 properly, you need to have basic common knowledge about webinars, the registration process (make proper decisions how you want to happen and where). Next to that some basic technical knowledge is nice to have to trouble shoot. And finally having some presentation skills is also nice so that you can guide your presenters throught he best webinars. Also, how to set it up and incorporate interaction and engagement.

Anyone who uses ON24 supports partner events. A few of us have learned how to re-size images but that's about it. For the most part the platform is very easy to use as long as you know how to find and upload files from your computer. There are also a lot of spots where you just fill in the blanks or insert a weblink. We have not had to take any kind of html or graphic training.

They are Marketing people mainly, either for nurturing and educating prospects/customers or to train sales people.

ON24 requires people with marketing skills, particularly event management and digital marketing skills. ON24 is easy enough to use that I do not think a dedicated IT or other technology profession would be required, unless some custom integration with another tool was taking place. So long as someone at your company is tech-savvy and marketing-savvy, ON24 should be good to go.

To support ON24, the user must have been properly trained on how to use ON24 - reason being while there are certain steps that can be "cope-and-pasted", there are many tiny details within the ON24 setup that needs to be checked and verified. Once trained, I believe anyone can be a webinerd.

I'll count our two multimedia coordinators in this, along with our business analyst and CRM developer who work closely with us to ensure that our integration into our Microsoft Dynamics CRM is functioning correctly and data is flowing and connecting properly through ON24 Connect. We could list others but at a very basic level, 4 users.

Typically, two members of our IT team are responsible for ON24 support. This includes making sure that our SSO functionality is in working order, as well as that we are using our API tokens to keep our metrics dashboard updated. Since we have been using ON24 for some time now, upkeep here is minimal and easily replicated/duplicated for each new program.

There is one main point of contact for ON24 in the marketing department. She is able to troubleshoot just about everything, at least from my prospective she has handled everything, and she is the liaison to the ON24 support crew to get answers that she may need extra help with.

The on24 platform is easy to learn. The platform will run a webinar but what makes a webinar successful is a strategy behind it
  1. webinar experience marketing progressional who is strategic and have the experience of running virtual event. Prior experience preferred.
  2. folks who are a little bit more technical Preferred.

Every person who supports any of the activity in ON24 whether it is scheduling a webinar or any logistics it requires a trained professional wo have knowledge of this. It also requires a skillset of excel, technical awareness, and communication skills. It also require flexibility as it requires to work at different times.

The main person supporting ON24 should have the relationship with the account manager and the dedicated CSM. In our case we have one main ON24 channel "owner'. It is their job to communicate to the team any updates or changes to the ON24 platform, and work with the ON24 team on issues, contract renewals, etc. This person should have in-depth knowledge of the platform, and stay up to date on the latest product releases.
