Great product ... saves time and no more photocopying!
- Sends email reminders when something has posted.
- Makes it easy to load meeting agendas and handouts.
- Keeps track of RSVPs for meetings.
- Occasionally a meeting agenda won't sync and users are unable to access the attachments.

- Allows for easy additions or changes to the board packet.
- Provides imbedded electronic signatures easily linked to appropriate agenda items.
- Provides an easily downloadable copy of the packet and agenda.
- Allows companies to upload documents of significance such as Bylaws into a centralized Resource Center which is securely accessible.
- Customer support is excellent. You can always get a timely answer via phone or email. The follow-up on issues that can't be resolved immediately is very timely and thorough.
- I'd like to see the electronic signature feature upgraded to allow signature box rotation. Sometimes documents are a combination of portrait and landscape and the current setup only recognizes one orientation when inserting signature boxes.
- There is a syncing issue that occurs during seasonal time changes that sometimes prevents users from accessing OnBoard. Our IT department has needed to help board members resolve this and regain access.
- There are several new features to OnBoard now, but they come at a cost. While it's nice to demo these features, it would be great to have some new features included in the already purchased package instead of at an additional cost.
- The Zoom integration is nice but doesn't meet our needs. You do not have screen share or other Zoom features available while using it integrated within OnBoard. For remote meetings, we use Zoom and screen share OnBoard within its own browser.

OnBoard was the perfect option for our small nonprofit
- Virtual voting
- Virtual meetings with Zoom integration
- Housing of all board books and meeting calendars in one place with integration with Outlook Calendar
- The Zoom functionality isn't the same as the full Zoom suite, such as Zoom Conference
- The file system isn't as easy to move files around in and some file types aren't supported
- It is expensive to bring in large volumes of users

- Currently, you cannot block an entire group from a topic; you need to block attendees individually.
- it would be nice to indent a section by using tabbing.
- the added button for "save changes" in each section tends to slow down progress; edits used to be saved automatically and tended to be faster.

- Not all file types can be saved in OnBoard [Board Management] such as movies and things like that which aren't embedded in PowerPoint files.
- Permissions can be unwieldy at times. It would be nice to have one screen that shows by [the] user all of their permissions.
- The zoom functionality on OnBoard [Board Management] is different than the typical Zoom package as it doesn't provide for meetings vs conferences.
- Files aren't saved logically sometimes.
- Hard to move files from one folder to another.

- Assigning permissions to specific areas/documents within the portal.

- Would like to have members be able to sign surveys.
- The Dashboard should allow us to post documents and not just a link.

Board Management Made Easy!
- Secure board materials - the administrator can control what board members see what materials.
- Contact information - email and mailing addresses are readily available.
- Board terms - term lengths for every board member is tracked through the system.
- Meeting feedback - simple surveys are sent immediately after a meeting to get feedback from meeting attendees for future planning.
- Most all of the areas that we needed to more effectively manage our board meetings are included now.
