OneCause

As previously stated, no comparison. Customer service is above and beyond, user-friendly, technically sound, and funds available immediately.

OneCause was hands down the best option for us compared to the other services provided by other companies. The other companies have similar functions, but OneCause was the easiest to understand while having affordable prices.

OneCause surpasses them in several ways regarding usability and functionality both on the back end for administration as well as for donors on the external facing side. Sales team is also nicer

Our previous platform was Engaging Networks, and it was not user-friendly, it did not have many features, and it did not meet the needs of our participants. Finding a new platform for our p2p efforts was one of my first priorities, and we tested OneCause, Classy, and DonorDrive. OneCause was the best product for our organization and for our growth plan over the next 3-5 years.

We selected OneCause because of the ease of use for us and our auction goers, the competitive price, and the references we got from other Jr leagues. We liked that OneCause would provide staff for our first auction, giving us peace of mind, but we also like that we could do it yourself from there on out.

We looked at numerous online auction modules, but OneCause was consistently the highest rated in the industry, offered an affordable three-year contract, and their completed auction sites were the best looking and easiest to navigate for users.

I have not used any other products like this and don't plan to because OneCause has been so great.

We looked at Auctria and GiveSmart, though we didn't go into great detail with either. We ultimately selected OneCause based on the recommendation of another local school that used it for its auction software. The customer service and support as we made this decision and transition was a confirmation for us.

OneCause embarasses other platforms due to all that it can do and with the ease of use.

I would say they are pretty similar. I think OneCause is a bit more user friendly though.

I personally never used Otego but it was more expensive then OneCause and it was a one night deal. With OneCause we get to keep the software all year and get to do more events/ auctions because of that.

We prefer OneCause to GiveSmart. The platform is better but the support team is really where we saw a major difference.

Eventbrite can't even compare to the features and usability that OneCause offers.

I honestly forget. It stood out in comparison.

OneCause is the best event software I've tried yet in terms of supporting a number of auction related features. Our event has very specific needs and OneCause seemed to check enough boxes to fit those needs. I do think in an ideal world we would use an auction/event software that can integrate with our CRM.

We didn't use parts of OneCause to replace what we do in Classy (tickets), so I can't really compare.

I have also used Bidding for Good -- a FrontStream product. The main reason I choose OneCause over the others is the customer service and the in-person staffing option. And you are focused on providing event-based services -- GiveSmart is trying to be everything and it's too much.

Our use of Network for Good and OneCause are different, but as far as simply reviewing the interface, Network for Good is more simple to use.

It is extremely user-friendly and generates great reports. We have utilized Donor Pro, which is not on your list.

We believe OneCause is more user friendly and efficient for staff and guests at the event. Their customer service is also top notch.
