OneDrive has made us so much more efficient in our daily work.

We have piece of mind by not having to search through tons of papers in file cabinet.

We have one less server to manage, so that reduces our IT hardware, software, and support costs.

There is some initial training costs up front, but the ROI on that is quick since OneDrive is easy to setup, use, and train for.

We are able to update a file in one central point and have all links to that file updated simultaneously, saving us time and ensuring we have the most up to date information being shared.

We've had several instances where we have had device failure and lost hundreds if not thousands of files from a device but have been able to recover those files from OneDrive's cloud storage.

I can't really say it has had an impact on ROI. Backup is like insurance, it will be valuable if you ever need it, but hard to find ROI if you never use it.

Because the sync app works on Mac and PC, mobile and desktop, and even web there really isn't a place where it's impossible to access your files easily.

It's impossible to quantify, but as somebody who works in an IT-adjacent role the amount of time spent trying to figure out OneDrive and SharePoint has a real cost to the agency in productivity

Many functions that require going through OneDrive or SharePoint are simply ignored by staff, who become resistant to steps in processes requiring this software after manifold bad experiences with them.

The ability to promote telecommute.

OneDrive makes it easy to have remote meetings even if it's just across sites.

It's provides us with an additional cloud storage place that's quick and easy to access, especially when communicating via Outlook in a browser.

As a part of an organization with Box, OneDrive feels unnecessary.
